[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Return of excess payment collected through Paytm | |||
My wife Dr Nidhi mathur had purchased medicines from Apollo Pharmacy locate at JP Market Pitampura Delhi-34, on 29/05/2017 and made payment through Paytm at20.05.15 for rs 418.30. The person at the counter said that we have not recieved the paymant please transfer again, beliving him she transfered again the same amount at 20:05:57. On checking the mail recieved from paytm we find that the payment has been deducted twice.the transaction details are as follows 1-date-29/05/2017-time-20:05:15-transaction ID-[protected]-amount-418.30 2-date-29/05/2017-time-20:05:57-transaction ID-[protected]-amount-418.30 total deduction from out paytm account has been Rs-836.60 for medicine bill of Rs418.30. We registered a complaint with Paytm care -There ref no[protected], and they checked and informed that Apollo Pharmacy has recieved both the payments and asked us to get payment declined reciept from the pharmacy for the first payment.the person at the counter refused to do so and said he will send a mail to the head office and let us know later. Please let us know how we can get the money back (Rs-418.30)from the pharmacy.we have all the mails from Paytm and have been shown to the person at the counter at Apollo Pharmacy JP Market Pitam pura .
