Apollo Pharmacy — Return o[censored]nused medicine

Dear Sir/Madam,

This mail is in reference to return of one strip of 10 tab of Zocef 250 which I had bought from Apollo Pharmacy store situated at Sun pharma Road Vadodara.

My child could not take the tablet because it was too bitter for him hence doctor changed it to Zocef Syrup.

Owing to this when I returned the strip to Apollo Pharmacy store they refused to take back the strip since one tab was missing.

As a customer I feel that this is unfair that I need to bear a loss of 445 INR just for one tab which my child could not consume.

I am a regular customer to Apollo Pharmacy and would request to consider my request of accepting the return of Zocef 250 strip and refund the money.
