[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — rude behaviour and late delivery | |||
We have ordered the medicines from our local apollo pharmacy store in mayur vihar phase 1 extension at 11 am. The medicines are of epilepsy and need to be taken on time. The attendant at the store said that the delivery will be done within 1 hour. But i haven’t got the delivery by 1.30 pm in the noon. When i called he said that it will take half an hour more to deliver the medicines as there is only one delivery boy and got multiple orders. He also said that “agar itni emergency hai toh aake lejao, delivery boy aadha ghanta aur lagaega”. Its hard to understand why a leader in medicines (Apollo) can take the situations lightly and provide such rude answers to the customers. Also why a single delivery boy is deployed at the store when there is only one store in the location. The distance from my house to the store is 5 mins walking yet its taking hours for them to deliver. We already told that its urgent and if this can be delivered within an hour which he agreed earlier. He also said that if you want you can complaint this to someone. This kind of rude behaviour is hard to tolerate. Can you please revert to my complaint asap? I need this to be escalated to higher management. Was this information helpful? | |||
