[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Rude behaviour by staff member.

I went my nearest Apollo Pharmacy to buy some medicines (Fabumac 40 and Zerodol P), I asked staff member for 5 tablets of Fabumac 40 and 4 tablets of Zerodol P but he gave me 10 tablets as he told me he can't give me 5 tablets, so I purchased it. Later I found the cutting of 5 tablets on another store so I went again on Apollo Pharmacy and asked them to return those 10 tablets and also asked him why he didn't gave me just 5 tablets earlier so the staff member rudely replied me " If the other one jumps into the well, that does not mean we'll jump too" these were the words and also talked very rudely and denied to return the medicine.

I got a call back from State Branch Office and Corporate Office of Apollo Pharmacy today on 04 MAY, 2023. First I talked to 'Mr. Dinesh' (State Office) and later to 'Mr. Simran' (Corporate Office). They both apologies from to behalf of staff member for the same and also Mr. Simran told me the staff member have been given a warning regarding the issue was created and asked them not to repeat the mistake else they'll lose their jobs.
