[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — rude behaviour of staff

Dear sir/madam,
I went to the shop which is in ktc nagar (Opp to bus depot) tirunelveli district, tamil nadu. The staff behaviour is very rude & worst (8.30 pm). One lady customer is asking the thyroid medicine for that one staff is saying the medicine is there and another staff is saying it is not there. The staff quarrel with the customer and the staff reply as below "we will not give you go and complaint anywhere. Why you are keeping like this staff in the shop. I itself find so much time they didn't have job knowledge. Kindly go through the matter and take necessary action otherwise your organisation image will be destroyed.
