[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — rules of discount

Hello,

This complaint is regarding the terms and conditions of corporate discounts that certain corporate employees can obtain from appollo pharmacy. On many occasions in hyderabad and kolkata, i have received corporate discount upon telling my employee id no but when i told the same to the appollo pharmacy branch in chak garia, kolkata, i was told i need to produc the physical id card. Nobody has ever asked for that before.

My question is:-
A) if producing physical id card is necessary, why have other stores not asked that from me?
B) if telling employee no is enough, why has the chak garia branch staff refused to entertain that?

I don't remember the staff name, i'm sorry.
