I regularly purchase medicines worth rupees 2000 to 4500 every month on Fist of the month or last day of the month.
I opt for personal delivery to ensure proper medicines delivered & credit card payment.
In order to save time of the both the parties, myself & your staff, I give them a list on previous day.
I gave the list yesterday morning but today morning when I went to collect my medicines, the medicines were not ready in spite of my giving the list in advance.
I demand STRONG ACTION against the salesman who attended my phone yeasterday & took the list.
