[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Shopkeeper Missed to pack the medicine

Hi Apollo Team,

On 10/07/2022 I have purchased some items from Kadayanallur Apollo pharmacy Branch.
And I have paid amount for that. Reference number is([protected]).
After came to my I have opened the package and one item is missing. (Second time I couldn't go to pharmacy due to unavailability of bike). So I have called to apollo pharmacy branch. And they said we will deliver to your home and they asked my contact number for home delivery. I gave number to the shopkeeper. But Still now no one is come and deliver. Again I have called to the shopkeeper. He said, you have to come tomorrow and take your medicine(SAIBAL 15 GRM). His response is totally disappointed to me. whose mistake is it?. I request you to deliver my medicine(SAIBAL 15 GRM).
