[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Sold empty box of medicine

I had bought a box of the medicine ginette 35 on 4th june from apollo pharmacy in marappa garden, bangalore from the salesperson prasanna. I was given an empty box. I was supposed to take the pill on the 5th day of my menstrual cycle which was yesterday on 6th june, & that's why i did not have to open the box until yesterday. I didn't keep the bill either till 2-3 days because i had no intention of returning it. Last night when i opened the box, it was empty. I had been to the store now & they refused me saying i don't have any "proof". I spoke to the supervisor, he spoke to be in a very indecent & unethical manner. I'm a doctor, i'm not interested in conning the pharmacy just for 1 medicine. But you being such a big pharmacy, have conned me with an empty box & then blame it on me. This kind of conning does not happen at any pharmacy! I have never seen anybody getting an empty box all my life. Such a disgrace to the apollo pharmacy. These people have no head offices for us to be able to speak to the higher authorities, no customer care, nothing. Such an easy way to mint money from people.
