[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Staff behaviour and service

I Manoj kumar, as a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy for months...now feeling disappointed on staff behaviour at Apollo pharmacy branch, Annamaya circle, Air bypass road, Tirupati branch...I have paid 600 rs to medicines bought through phonepe and also received a message that it has been credited to Apollo pharmacy account...but the staff in that branch said that it has not been credited and asked me to pay again 600 to his personal phonepe account...so totally paid 1200 for medicines worth 600...and he said that amount debited first would be refunded within 2-3 days...it has been almost 15 days and iam repeatedly asking him to process this problem...he is negligent in processing and has not taken any steps in this regard... please see to it and do the needful.
