[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Staff misbehaving with me

I am a customer with appolo pharmacy for more than 10 years. Today i am having horrible experience to have ordered from rohini sec 13 pharmacy, delhi. I ordered a few product from here out of which one product i wanted to exchange to which mr amit kumar told me, the system has crashed and would only replace after 1st aug. I asked them to give me in written to which mr anil kumar went berserk and started shouting it’s my mistake not their mistake for an exchange request which i ordered just few minutes after receiving the product! I asked him how is he speaking does he knows the rules and regulations of the company policy? He was getting personal and unprofessional in the whole talk and further started shouting more and more and told me nobody forced me to buy from here! I asked him i will file a police complaint for speaking inappropriate and misbehaving with me. To which he said do whatever you can. Then after sometime the lady from the shop called and said she was sorry for his behaviour and when i said how can he speak to the customers of a pharmacy like this.. She said what else do i do? I have said sorry to you, she said all this in an unapologetic tone with no affect on her. Then about the product exchange which i needed urgent she said would only be changing on 2nd aug or after. I experienced inappropriate behaviour from mr anil kumar to which i want strict action. Extremely poor experience and pathetic follow up service from this pharmacy and untrained staff, that too from an appolo pharmacy. Kindly look into the matter and intimate me.
