[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — still not refund back online paid money from ask apollo

Hi,

I ordered some medicine on ask apollo app. Order no.[protected], order date - 30 march 2020. I paid online rs. 765. After 2 days i found my order cancelled by apollo. I called and sent email so many time to customer care but customer care is not receiving my call. I want to know why my order cancelled and when i can get refund. Please urgently send back online paid amount rs. 765

Updated by Kanandyadav Today I called customer care of ask apollo app, customer care repersative is not give satisfactory support and asking this order is not reflection .please find attached payment details

Updated by Kanandyadav I am very disappointed to talk with customers care repersative of ask apollo pharmacy. Customer care repersative was not receiving my call from last 4 days and today she received my call and she told me my order is not reflecting on her system and then she discontinue my call and i again try to call her three times but she is not receiving my call.
