Apollo Pharmacy — the face masks at the apollo stores doesnot seems to be handled carefully

I bought a few masks from apollo pharmacy at marathahalli. The people at the store were not aware of how to handle masks. They were touching it from the centre instead of sides and were also trying to pack masks with other stuffs which i bought without even covering it with paper cover. The staff corrected the way he was handling the mask and covering it once i pointed it out.

Apollo is a big brand and i am one of its product consumer, i really trust them their quality services and i was very disappointed with the way things are handled during pandemic. I hope the feedback helps and the staffs are trained so such kind of things never happens
