Apollo Pharmacy — theft from your pharmacy representatives

I had 135.84 health credits on 31st may 2020. While redeeming on 09 th june 2020 the pharmacy tells me that their system is showing just 82.83 health credits. Please explain where have my rest of the credits gone? Isn't it a theft from your pharmacy representatives? Isn't it a disloyalty?
