Apollo Pharmacy — They are not processing my refund

I received my order on 18 nov, order no. #[protected]. One of the ordered looked like it was hampered with, so I wrote multiple emails and the ordered was picked up for return. It’s been 8 days now and I still haven’t received the refund. I called them twice and they said the order status is showing delivered and they said they would take the issue forward on priority basis. They are lacking clarity and I believe they are not planning on giving me the refund for the medicine.
