There complaint against the third class store of apollo pharamcy in mira road silver park area in thane district.
My child has lotion motion doctor prescibed medicine and i had forwarded to them. From last 4 hrs they giving excuse that we will send you. My child is suffering and medicine are not om time.
If anything worse goes i will not bear the apollo pharmacy and will see to it this branch is shut down with immediate effect. Kindly take this as challenge.

This company (Apollo pharmacy mira sliver park)branch were giving good services in past, from 11 months new staff are not well equipped to handle the outbound customer, they have not kept mobile watsup for outbound customer for the whole day so that we can send the prescription on watsup, bcz doctors handwritten is not readable.
Today order is placed they have ignored this time also.
Request to take action or keep the branch at bay.
Pravin the are manager are not strict on staff, i told him to be strict on the staff i think he has failed to do so.
1hr has gone i have not received any confirmation call that your parcel have been dispatched.(17/4/19) 9:42 pm order placed

No bill was provided by pharmacy and stating minimum bill should be 200 for the bill. When I speak with him he was then installing the paper to the printer. I was waited for 15min he was installing the paper to the printer.
