Raised an order, got discount of 25% due to membership. Bill was Rs 690/-. Made online payment. Unfortunately it was not delivered to me for the 1st time because the delivery boy called me as he landed in some other address and immediately he cancelled it on not picking.. Reordered made online payment again, this time they failed to upload prescription and the customer care didn’t inform me to do it again, they arranged telephonic conversation with some dr which was not required by me but since the customer care exec failed to upload the prescription in the reordering they arranged it and I missed picking up the call.. immediately they cancelled the order. I had placed it for the third time for cash on delivery as twice my already online paid amount got cancelled, the customer care guy said that I had placed the order for rs 690 after discount of 25% and the order will be delivered in two parts.. I still maintained my patience that finally it will be delivered. 1st part came with two medicines and bill amount was rs 465 which I paid through cod. Then 2nd order came, bill amount of 290/-. My total bill was raised to rs 755/- from rs 690/-. To my surprise I called the Cust exec and he told me that you will not get 25% discount only 18% you will get, then how come it was being given to me on 1st two occasions when I made online payments of rs 690/- each time which unfortunately got cancelled.. furious I returned back the second order.. it’s not the matter of rs 65, it’s the matter of harassment and unclear policies.. you are dealing with medicines and it’s a sensitive industry which is being dealt so casually.. on every step there was a Lacuna which I faced. Never faced the same with 1 mg. My worst decision ever to become it’s member and to order the medicines from them. Was this information helpful? |
