Apollo Pharmacy — Unethical behavior by the pharmacists

I would like to tell you that the service and the stock maintained by this pharmacy is very pathetic, whilst they always mention out-of-stock for many medicines like ascoril-ds, levolin, and many heart related medications.

A particular incident on Dec13th 2021 is what I would like to bring to notice in the pathetic and unapologetic and arrogant behavior of a Pharmacist who is there in the counter by name Poorna Chander at around 9:30 PM . He was very arrogant in dealing with customers and the way he talks with some woman like me down holding two kids to get medicines for my husband who needs to undergo a surgery next day. Instead of demanding a prescription for a tablet like Restil that was prescribed by the anaestheist he was very bad in the way he was talking and behaving with me in the most dirty way. I would kindly request you to train the pharmacist to talk and behave properly with the customers and be always sure to ask right questions than behaving and talking arrogantly and hurting the customers .
Further, he was very confident in me raising this complaint as he thinks there is none who can question him. I had been a very frequent customer of Apollo Pharmacy and I highly regard their services across, but this center in it needs to highly corrected else this center would remain more as a grocery store than as a pharmacy providing medicines.

Further, I also see them prescribing medicines over the counter without prescription to many people which is very dangerous.
