[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — unethical behaviour of staff

Apollo pharmacy address - 100 ft road, ngos colony, next to venkateshwara swamy temple, hanmakonda

1) i purchased lumbar spine support belt from the store on 30th june.in advance i had already mentioned that i would return it if the size does not fit. I did replace with xl size on same day. I wasn't given any bill for the product.

2) next day when we visited our doctor he said this is not the right belt to be used.

3) on 1st july i went to the same store to return the belt. But the people present at that time said the hr will be back on 3rd july. They can accept the item return only when he is available.

4) when i went to the store on 3rd july the staff behaved in a rude manner and were not at all accepting to take back the product. More over they were not willing to provide a bill for the purchased product.

Hope my concern will be addressed at the earliest. Looking forward for some action from your side.
