I went to buy galvus met tabet to keeranur branch i asked for 5 tablet but the shopkeeper told me that he cannot give it he also said that he can give only 15 tablet i. E. No cut piece will given. If my doctor prescribed me a 5 tablet why should i pay for 15 tablet. Is there any rules in apollo pharmacy that the cut piece should not be given to the customer. What if the sugar patient has not having enough money to buy for a month as hole but he buy at regular intervals. Please let me know what action has been taken or any rules has been followed buy apollo pharmacy regarding it. If so how can a consumer can be compelled to buy a whole 15 tablet.

I have a loyalty card of apollo and i have to change the number which is registered on my apollo loyalty card. However i called on the customer service number [protected] i didn't get any response. I called the whole day but no response. I also have some points in my existing apollo card which i am unable to use so i really need to change my old number which i am unable to do so.

I have purchased a benadryl cough formula by this evening in apollo pharmacy at vishnu priya nagar, guduvancherii, tamilnadu, india where i have asked to pay a sum of rupees 50 and after that i have claimed a bill where it is displayed that the product is worth of rupees 46. So i urged the lady to bring back my 4 rupees but the lady refused to give my money back and she said that batch code is old and the new batch code is for 50 rupees. After more and more arguments the lady said that there is no change and that's why she didn't given that 4 rupees for me, is this the way you treat your regular customers. And the lady said that your concern doesn't updated the software so it produces bill for 46. I demand an brief explanation regarding this whether problem is on your side or that lady is thefting the balance amount form all customers who are all purchasing in your concern right at there... And i demand my change. If my complaint is not registered i have been forced to choose some smart moves to look the complaint in everyone's eyes...

Recently apollo pharmacy has opened in our town (Gudur, spsr nellore)
I have visited your store 3-4 times till now for buying my medicines. Everytime when i visited the store iam observing that they are not providing bills for the customer collecting the mrp rates from us giving 0% discount on them.
Please take action on them.

Apollo pharmacy in podili, prakasam district are troubling us each and every time. Today i have requested for emergency medication to my wife who is suffering from severe fever and medication for my daughter.. They denied to deliver.. They don't even care when i told them that i will raise complaint about the problem.. When you can't deliver medicines in proper time don't advertise that "home delivery is available".. Write "home delivery is available when we are free at our convenient"

I had placed an order for almond oil with order number #[protected] on 16th december.
I did not get any updates for this order or when it will be delivered. I contacted the customer care daily but nobody is responding. Can anybody please help me, i cannot wait forever for my orderd to be delivered. If the item is not available it should have been mentioned. Please cancel the order and refund my amount.
I am really disappointed with the apollo service. I don't know when i will get my order and i am tired of waiting for theteam to give me a proper response. I am trying to contact the below numbers regularly but did not get any response.

I have taken executive health check up service at madinaguda clinic. Paid rs.6250. For that i have recieved reward points worth rs. 62.5. I couldn't not use them at pharmacy in huda complex, kothapet. They are saying a different story. I understood that apollo will try to escape when it comes to paying back to customers. Hope some action will be taken by apollo management if they really care about their customers.

I went to purchase medicines from Appolo pharmacy, Siripuram jn, Visakhapatnam.
I went for billing he says 180/- after discount, I replied him to do bil through paytem but he is not interested to do bill after some he billed the amount for 199.80, I asked for difference he replied carelessly you will get discount in paytem that's why I'm not given.
I observed from last 3 or 4 times same behaviour.
Employee name Raju ( whether correct or not) after asking 3 times he says his name, he will sit first left before computer when we enter, short and black complexion.

Hi all, i've bought similac 3 product for my 1 yrsr old kid 2 quantity. They gave similac 2 (6 months kid) and 3 (1 year kid). I've noticed after reaching home. When i asked them for exchange, they have responded saying its not their policy to return or exchange and their behavior is very rude. Apollo pharmacy, karanaipuduchery road, urapakkam. I'm buying here regularly and most of the times they are giving wrong product to the customer, and they are expecting its customer's responsibility to verify. Representatives in the pharmacy is not qualified to sell medicine. There is a high chance of sending the wrong product. Most of the times they ll not add credit points to my account.

I am a regular customer of one of your apollo pharmacy situated in bhiringi more, durgapur, west bengal.
I wanted to buy betadine liquid 10 %iodine concentration whereas the shopkeeper gave me the one with 5% concentration.
After requesting the shopkeeper again and again to either exchange the medicine with the correct one or to provide with the less quantity of the same or even exchange it with other product the shopkeeper misbehaved badly and had an unbearable attitude and conduct.
I recently had a surgery and was badly in need for the medication. If you are unable to provide patients with proper medications, then u should not operate as u are risking with people’s life. I will highly appreciate i[censored] would take strict action against the mentioned person.

With reference to my purchase (attached invoice photo) on[protected]:11:39, please refer the shop's CCTV footage at this time that all the employees in the shop were ridicules & persiflage on a elder man who has came to purchase the medicine.

When I advised them that you should not behave like this manner, on any customers which may irritate them. But they all together have arrogantly replied and told me to make complaint that they are not having any fear or discipline.

This kind of incidents may reduce Apollo's reputation and customers will not come back.

Also there is no any responsible and sincere guy to lead the business which is not earning the customer's satisfaction.

To-day i visited the shop while i was making payment the amount
Through p o s machine it is found that the p o s machine which is provided is not working luckily i had cash with me i paid the bill amount.

This is not the first incident often it is happening hence please look in to the matter and supply a working p o s. By which we the customers should not face difficulty to carry cash with us.

They swiped my card and amount debited from my a/c 2 times i have attached proof for that now again asking money

East coast railway, visakhapatnam directs its patients to take medicines from apollo pharmacy which are not available in railway hospitals as per the contract agreement. I am taking medicines since last one year from apollo pharmacy, dondaparthi junction, visakhapatnam[protected] regularly viz., valaparin, liofen, lamitor, zonicep, etc. For my child. But always they give few medicine as balance. Few months back i requested to keep sufficient medicine with them since this medicine is required lifelong since i live far away from hospital. Today also they again given a memo to take balance medicine for which i cannot come from 100 kms. When i asked this, mr. Raju, salesman replied rudely and said that they are collecting only 50% of cost from railways and there is no profit in them. So, i have to come from 100 kms to collect the medicine or else advised me to purchase medicine from other shop. I will give a written complaint to railways to opt some other medical shop. But such type of behaviour with patients is unwarranted and humiliating.

On 17/12/18 at night 10.20 pm visited nadanvan branch of apollo pharmacy at nagpur, was surprised at indecent behaviour of salesman. He was shouting at top of his voice and arguing with me. I being a consultant he was admant on proving he was the boss which i agree he was at the counter when asked to talk in a calm demanour he continued to misbehave. Even after being told that he was talking with a consultant doctor he continued to raize his voice and misbehaved it was shocking to see such behavior towards doctors. I can just emagine what he would do with common people. Such people r a blot on medical service sorry to know apollo has such misbehaving personel in its organisation. Will never buy again and will warn my patients never to use services of such a pharmacy in future

The sales man at apollo pharmacy navelim have changed. The people who used to work here earlier were more enthusiastic. The sales man now are very rude. They don't have courtesy to talk to elderly people. They are refusing orders as per their convenience. If questioned, asking them whether they do not require customers, they agreed saying they have enough customers

I have raised the complaint with subject
Apollo pharmacy — wasting customer time by giving false promise and not having enough knowledge in providing medicine.

Today morning i went to apollo pharmacy (Narayanpur) for o2m and colimax syrup.
Then, i asked them to process the cashmemo for the same with one corporate discount which am getting from apollo. Frist of all excecutives present in the store at that time are very lazy and inefficient then atlast they wrapped those medicines in the envelope and gave those to me.
But, just for recheck i opened the envelope checking the price of medicines in cashmemo and in the medicine box then i found that prices are different in both and they have charged me extra when i ask them. They unable to answer me for the same.
