Apollo Pharmacy — Unfair Practice in Apollo Pharmacy

On 30th January, 2021 at around 8:15PM, I went to the Apollo Pharmacy in "Madinaguda-Raghava Tower" Branch (Google Map location: https://goo.gl/maps/sAsoQK9za2B21M5b7) to purchase a few medicines. One medicine was "TOCOFIL", which I bought three foils. After getting the medicine and paying the amount, I got the invoice, and while checking it I noticed a discrepancy.
In the invoice, two foils of TOCOFIL were charged Rs 390 per foil, whereas the third foil was charged Rs 585, which is 200 Rs more (Rs 195, to be precise)!! I physically checked the foils and found that the MRPs printed on the foils are the same for every foil- Rs 390. Also, the HSN Code (in the invoice) for the foil that has been charged extra was different and if you look at it carefully it seems that the last few digits of the code is manually removed to create a new code and charge differently. (I have attached the scanned copy of the invoice for your reference and also the medicines that I have purchased that day).
When I challenged the cashier and the counter-guy, both could not give any satisfactory answer and hastily returned my Rs 170 and not 195 saying that Rs 25 is adjusted from discount. Had I not been alert, I would have never found out this.

This is not expected from a reputed brand like Apollo. I am very much disappointed with this incident, and thus I have thought of writing this mail and lodging a formal complaint with you.
I hope you will take necessary and appropriate action on this complaint, and I would love to hear from you about the action(s) taken. incident
