[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — unprofessional and rude behavior of staff

With heavy heart and sad to write a complaint letter to brand like apollo pharmacy. We visited the shop because of its brand in the market, today i visited the shop with my wife for our monthly usage medicines in order to get the same we had visited twice the shop due to non availability of it, on the visit i found that 2 shop keeper of nursery circle vaishali nagar jaipur branch is behaving very rudely to one of the customer who had visted the shop for the medicine, on a humanity ground i ask them atleast behave properly for customers who visited not because of them but for trust they have in apollo brand. They behave very rudely to me also i went there to take the medicines but they hurt somewhere the dignity of the brand on which they are working. They said we are working in peanuts salary and they have right to talk to customers like this. If there is cctv over there i request the disciplinary team to check the same. I simply urge the team to take some wise action against the shop keepers who are continuously destroying the image of the brand. That is sure we will not visit that branch till action against them not initiated or lesson of how to behave with customer is not teaches to them.
