Sir i am purchasing apollo medicines since 2009, from your branches, madurai, tirumangalam, choolai medu and urapakkam west. Thirumangalam, madurai had given me your loyalty card. There was / is a problem with your urapakkam west branch (Ph[protected]. We settled in urapakkam in october 2015. Usually i am purchasing from urapakkam branch for my family (Wife, son, me, daughter, son in law and grand daughter). After some time, they tell that my name / cell number / card number is not found due to software problem, they they replaced the loyalty card two or three times. This month also a couple of weeks they repeated the same problem. I had a quarrel with them through phone. Then they told my account shows 60 rupees credit and me that the problem is rectified. Today again they repeated the same thing - my name, cell number and card number not found. I think they are not accounting your sale of medicines properly. Misusing your money. Please look into the matter and locate the culprits. But i am receiving your sms to my number [protected] regularly - m pounrajan, retired head of govt sec school, 31-a1, aradhana apartments, kannaki 2nd cross street, mg nagar 2, urapakkam west - 603211.
