I am staying in barrackpore and i always buy my medicine from the apollo pharmacy in barrackpore railway station location but yesterday i. E on 30/07/2017 when i went to that shop for buying one of the products the shopkeeper of the pharmacy who is a apollo employee gave me the product and i gave him a 500 rs note.. On which a ink scar was the which was obviously a small ink scar. He refused to accept it and told me that apollo i. E his company has told him to take only completely clean notes from customers. And he completely refused to accept the note and i was bound to take the note back from him and return him the product. He also told that all the banks to whome they go and deposit these mone, those banks has also told apollo as well as him not to take such notes.
Now after everything i have decided to lodge a complaint against it since i am bank employee and i know the clean note policy that has recently been issued by government. According to this policy all the banks are bound to take all non issuable notes except stapled and burnt notes from the customer.
That means the pharmacy shopkeeper was lying. Its proved.
Beside that i want to have the information that how a organisation like apollo can tell their employees not to take a 500rs note just because of a small ink scar. I have made a video of this and recorde all of that has been told by that shopkeeper. I have all details of him but i am unable to disclose it since this writing area had amessage that no private information can be shared. I have mentioned the location already and i have suffered a lot due to this inconvenience caused. I need all the information how these things that shopkeeper is telling. Again i am mentioning his lines
1. "apollo has told me not to take notes having even small spot or small stain or a small ink scar"
2."al the banks has told apollo to practice this since bank does not take such notes from the customers".
Being a bank emloyee i cannot support such useless remarks. So i need this issue to be cleared to me by apollo.

Sir apollo pharmacy in guntakal are not taking my tablets back that i have not used.
The pharmacy's staff are not kind.
They are saying some invalid reasons to take back the which i have purchased 10 days back.
They are talking rudely to the customers.
Please look at this matter.
Sir they are taking the money while purchasing and not taking return tablets...

Yesterday i. E 28-07-17 i visited langer house apollo pharma and asked for
Bp tablets for loose of 4 tablets as it was emergency for my mother but the employee denied and asked to buy full strip and requested him that its an emergeny my mom is dying with bp he told that to pay for full strip and take one tablet and laughed at me and made comments is this the way to deal the customers on emergency

With heavy heart and sad to write a complaint letter to brand like apollo pharmacy. We visited the shop because of its brand in the market, today i visited the shop with my wife for our monthly usage medicines in order to get the same we had visited twice the shop due to non availability of it, on the visit i found that 2 shop keeper of nursery circle vaishali nagar jaipur branch is behaving very rudely to one of the customer who had visted...

We often purchased medicines from the apollo pharmacy. As usual my wife mrs. Mangala maji purchased medicines of net value rs.870/vide bill no13012bcg0003352 dated 24/7/17 at 19:30:35. But seller mr. Sandip kr. Ghosh told her to pay extra cash & collected from her from debit card rs.870/ & also cash rs.18/. She returned & told me everything. Then i contacted through phone call the seller mr. Ghosh misbehaved but did not return cash.

Even after giving the prescription, they did not give me the medicine. This happen in 'appolo pharmacy, malancha, kolkata'. I am also a mbbs doctor. Even after giving my permanent registration number, they did not gave me the medicine. As they had power of 0.25.
This is so much insulting. I am a local practicing doctor and formar doctor of 'sskm hospital, kolkata'.
I will never give any suggestions to my patients to go there. Worse place.

All the apollo pharmacy with in hyderabad (Especially in hitech city) were providing sleeping pills to any of the customers without prescription.

It's been observed whenever customers placing an order through call or visiting the store purchasing the orders in bulk. At these cases pharmacy guys giving the sleeping pills like restyl, trika without any kind of prescription as the customers purchasing...

Dear apollo hospitals enterprises pvt ltd, iam a regular customer to your apollo pharmacy neither because it was international company nor you giving me 10% discount on medicines, but i am loyal to your hospitals and pharmacy because i think you got a knowledgeable employees in your company.
But i recently went for some important medicines in your apollo pharmacy at akividu in west godavari district, but i have faced a negligent employee who was very busy in taking in mobiles and laughing loudly, he pretends so busy in laughing ignores me when asking about medicines. After 5 minues untill another employe attend me and ask my forgiveness and went to work on my meds and it take just one minute to complete my work.
After some time when i needed some other meds i went again to pharmacy but the guy in counter is still on phone and other employ was busy with another customers so i just went to medplus which resides a few steps away and they attended me well and serviced me fast. I am not asking for a immediate response but as a loyal customer a just want some quality response. I have decided to not to go to apollo pharmacy again as i dont want to my valuable time some neately dressed handsome waste fellow of your worker. I dont remember his but it was a christian name
Btw your akividu apollo pharmacy was very bad, like there was no proper lighting and when i ask they told it was electricity issue. As a company with international standard you should not have a issue over a week time.

I bought a apollo rheamed blood glucose monitoring system last year. The test strips are not available in any of your pharmacies in hyderabad. Even these strips are not available online in apollo pharmacy online store.

I have been enquiring for this item since several months now. Surprisingly apollo is still selling the apollo rheamed blood glucose monitoring system online, but it is not making available the test strips.

I request apollo pharmacy to ensure these test strips are made available asap.

My name is himanshu singh and i paid money of rs.336 through paytm at apollo pharmacy which at baba chauraha, near circuit house, allahabad, uttar pradesh. And i also received message that amount has been paid but chemist told me that they didn't receive money, then i made a call to paytm customer care and they told me that money has been paid to apollo and if it isn't in their wallet then it must be in their bank account which is registered with their paytm account then when i told this to apollo pharmacy chemist then he told me that bank account which is registered to paytm is type a large sea and so we can't check there and their is your dummy account in which money must be sent and wait for 15-30 days. First of all what the hell is this dummy account and then the main thing is that paytm customer care told me that money has been paid to apollo from our side and now they have to check. Now you tell me what should i do, why the hell you have started receiving money from paytm if you can't handle it carefully, if you do like this then i and others will too because of me will stop purchasing any medicine from your pharmacy, atleast they won't be cheated like this in any other medicine store.

I have ordered medicine online. When it reached to the destined city. Courier partner did not deliver to the given address rather he called us and asked us to collect parcel from his office.

When we are paying courier charges you should deliver it to the customer's given address.
There is no point to pay courier charges. Please refund my courier charges.
Also delivery details which is given by customer care was wrong.

Hi, this is chaitanya one of the customer regularly visiting your pharmacy.

My wife visited your shop and purchased the medicines for 429 rupees from apollo pharmacy, d. No hig 54, kphb phase iii and forgot to get the medical bill, shop guy also not provided.

Today i need one medicine, visited and inquired about the previous bill and today's bill. He said it's not possible due to name mistakenly or default y printed other customer name instead of your name.

I have requested 10-15 mins as i said i will ask customer care if not possible. Finally he asked what is the exact medicine your purchased with amount. I called to my wife and get all the medicine details with amount.

He said next time we will not give the same and printed the bill and i shocked as there is no discount in that. I asked shop owner why there is no discount against.

He looks angry and immediately he destroyed the today's bill and previous bill and dumped both in to dustbin and saying go and complain to customer care.

We will not provide any bill, seriously i asked why you destroyed today's bill and previous bill and misbehaving in front of customer.

He gave two falcsse number which are belongs to same shop only.

Logged in to online and found customer care, spoke to swapna (Executive) spoke with shop guy in the conference. He is complaining reverse way as customer only misbehaved. I advised customer care team please verify cc camera and one of the lady who is working with him. She clearly informed the story with customer care team.

Finally customer care said sorry for the inconvenience on behalf of him. Please log a complaint against him ([protected]@apollopharmacy.org.

You employ people who are uneducated rude mannerless. When i asked for a medicine they first ask from which place i am and assume i am from chennai automatically. All they do is type something in the computer to see if the drug is available. Gone are the days when we had pharmacists running the place. Then he mocks me saying that the said drug would be available only in madhya pradesh. Is that the way to behave with a customer?!!! He could have just said a simple no.

I'm writing complaint on staff who is working in beerumguda, hyderabad apollo pharmacy.

Staff is very rude on customers, today (7/9/17) at 8 pm i visited pharmacy and ordered 66 rupees worth of tables and i've given credit card for payment and he refused to swipe the card and arguing with me that for card swipe we should have min 100 rupees. I'm regular customer to apollo pharmacy since 4 years and regularly i swipe card for payment (Even for below 100 rs).

He don't have minimum etiquette on how to talk to customers. I request you to please take some action on beerumguda staff who was there around 8 pm on 07/09/17 (Sunday) and please inform them to follow some manners.

this month you have announced a free gift scheme on diffrent
amount of purchases but your out-lets at sector-1 & 3, vaishali-
ghaziabad-u.p. sales persons are not obliging the customer for

I had asked for a Benadryl cough syrup, then the executive tries to sell me an Apollo made cough syrup. I specifically asked for a Benadryl, and he told me that this is better than that. I pressed that I want Benadryl itself, and then he went inside and brought 2 cough syrup and tried to sell one that is some other brand, again saying this is better than Benadryl. This time I said sell me Benadryl if you have and don't waste my time, then...

Today morning, i went to HRBR layout Apollo Pharmacy which is located near hrbr bda COMPLEX, HRBR Bangalore.
I asked the pharmacist to give my medicine quickly as he is wasting time by talking non business things to other person.
He started abusing me with words and throwing personal insults leading to defamation in front of others

Please register complaint on Apollo Pharmacy to provide proper customer service without personal insults.

I went to Appollo pharmacy parvathipuram Nagercoil on 30.06.2017 for blood sugar check.They have collected Rs.20 from me .According to the advertisement only they had to collect Rs.10 only.When asked the reason the man who was cashier speaks without responsibility.I have given Rs.10 earlier in the same shop for only sugercheck not Blood pressure....

Today at around 10:55pm, i called apollo pharmacy birati sreebhavan branch for a life saving medicine (Humansulin 50/50) for home delivery. Actualy a new vial broke just before that at 10:40 pm in my home and that is why i need it for my mom urgently. But the guy received the call told me (After repeated request), it is not possible to deliver it.
I repeatedly requested him to stay till 5 more minutes (Because it was 10:55 and my home...

I had made a purchase of rs. 215.20 from your pharmacy shop in sainy enclave delhi 110092 on 17.6.2017. I had opted for sbi buddy payment. The cash counter sent me a bill for rs 215.20 to my phone and i paid the same thru sbi buddy.
I was told that the amount had not been received by apollo accounts and a bill was sent to me by the computer again. I transferred the amount again.
Transection nos are : no [protected]. And tid no [protected] both dated 17.06.17

Thus i made a payment of rs. 215.20x2=rs.430.40. Both the payments were not received by your computer system and i had to make cash payment.
It is requested that an amount of rs. 215.20x2= 430.40 may be transferred back to me immediately
