I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the handling of my recent medicine order (Order No.[protected].
At the time of placing the order, the system indicated an Expected Delivery Date of 3rd October. However, when I raised a concern on 4th October evening regarding the delay, your team informed me that the order would be delivered by 7th October evening. Despite this assurance, the order was abruptly cancelled on 6th October — without any prior intimation or my consent.
This order was placed for a pregnant lady’s medication, making the delay and cancellation completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I have been following up regularly, yet received no meaningful support or resolution from your end. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given Apollo’s reputation for reliability and care.
I request you to kindly:
Investigate the reason for this cancellation without customer concurrence.
Ensure accountability for such mishandling.
Arrange for immediate delivery or provide an alternate resolution at the earliest.
This experience has completely shaken my trust in Apollo 24/7’s service, and I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken to prevent recurrence of such issues.
