[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — wasting customer time by giving false promise and not having enough knowledge in providing medicine,

I went to get the tablet in apollo pharmacy (124, madambakkam main rd, raghavendra nagar, rajakilpakkam, madambakkam, chennai, tamil nadu 600073). I asked for 12 tablet. They told that it will be given only in the box which contains more than 12. I told them i already purchased 12 tablet in some apollo why cant you give?. They told that okay get me the bill we will provide. I brought the bill after traveling a long distance from my home. They failed to provide the medicine stating it belong to the pharmacy which is in apollo hospital.

Why can't they say earlier that these type of less tablet only will be available in apollo hospital. (They wasted my time in travelling.).

Why they asked the bill? Apollo pharmacy will not have rules? If they told in our pharmacy, we will give in a box i would have choose some other medical store. They told if you have bill we will provide.

They given false promise.
They dint even asked sorry for thing happened.
Is the representative (Vijaya kumar) is not aware of how to providing the medicine? (If he is good he would have not asked the bill. He would staighly told we will not provide 12 tablet)

I have bought medicine on October 12. As i am employee CTS eligible for 5% discount. On my purchase they have given any bill, when i insisted they have given the bill with discount they have told discount is only above 100RS. Which is not the cases.
