[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Worst Behaviour and Bad Response

WHAT HAPPENED:

I purchased Zincoderm-GM ointment the cost is rupees 51. I said my mobile number to add the product amount and Given 500 rupees.he is telling don't you carry change while coming to the pharmacy and tell the OTP he said ... Who the hell are you to redeem my amount without my permission I asked then he is shouting on me..carry the change. I asked the employee name and designation.

What I Feel Being a Customer of Apollo Pharmacy:
If you recruit this kind of employees with worst Behaviour and worst Atitude..the organization will definitely loose the customers by that you will loose the buisness.

People are believing Apollo Pharmacy is the India's branded pharmacy and Coming to purchase medicine.You are responsible to provide the change(rupees) Do not order customer carry the change or we don't have change.If you treat the customers like lay man shop for one rupee or two rupees change...your reputation will spoil You should respect the customer.. Tell the store incharge maintain change in terms of coins to provide the customers.

What Action Should Take Apollo Pharmacy on That Mentioned Employees:

Terminate that idiot from the Apollo pharmacy he is shouting on me with rude behaviour.. Take a strong action on him. Recruit some decent employees and tell the hr while joining the employee behaviour with the customer is important and train the employees according to discipline to behave properly with customers in the store.
