[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — worst customer service and declined to give a bill

I am always buying Nan Pro and medicines in Appollo pharmacy . Usually i bought medicines in this shop, Medavakkam and Santhosapuram Appollo too. But this is the worst customer service i have faced. I went to this shop on 18 JULY 2018 around 6:30PM . I asked for P-120 syrup. There is a lady pharmacist available in the shop. I told her to give bill she denied to give bill for 34RS because, i asked for the corporate offer. So, she denied to give bill.So finally i decided to get the medicine, i have given 200RS cash but she said we doesn't have change. So i asked her to use card that too she denied to accept. I have purchased many times on this shop but for a regular customer also they are not willing to do anything. Worst service.

Thanks for the support . The action against the complaint was taken in such a way. Got a call from the Apollo pharmacy manager, the area level executive and the sales person too. Happy with the timely response.
