This is one of the ### centre of Apolo. They promise to get the required medicines and then don't even call if the medicine isn't possible to order.

Why the hell do you even take the customer's number if you don't want to call and inform ?

Apolo will face severe criticism if such store owners are not rebuked.

We visit a store to get some medicine, if it's not urgent we don't ask them to order those medicines from somewhere else. It's your responsibility to inform if you are failing to meet your commitment.
