[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — wrong commitment of discount | |||
I took a nan pro stage 3 and a cerelac from an apollo pharmacy indirapuram gzb. I told the person at the counter to give me direct discount. He asked me whether i have a membership and asked my mobile number. When he gave me the bill i saw no discount rendered. When i asked him he said that it will be added to your points. When i told him that i categorically told you to give me direct discount why did you do this. He said sir “ab direct discount nahi hota”. I said why didn’t uou tell this to earlier and he very loosely said “arey use kar lijiyega” i tried reaching your call center but no one picks up. Stupid staff you have kept who are basically ruining the image of apollo. I would think 100 times before stepping inside apollo now. Bunch of rogues you have at the sales counter.
