[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Wrong item delivered and taken back my item but till now no replace or no refund

I ordered savlon antispectic liquid 1litre bottles 2 from apollo pharamacy online on 27july 2020. But apollo pharamacy deliver me savlon disinfectant spray bottles on 30 july 2020. The delivery boy took money and left. At that time i called to customer care about my item. They tell return the item back sir and cutted the call, on 31 july 2020 the delivery boy came and asked the item back, at the time i call the customer care about return ticket or refund amount, they told return item we will call evening and process your refund.
But at 31 july evening i didnt get any call. I called several times to customer care about my money. Buy they told we will call u back and cutted the calls everytime. but i didnt get any calls till now. The customer care is worst. I want my money back or deliver my original item.
