Apollo Pharmacy — Wrong Patient and Dr Name on the Invoice

I have ordered medicines from Apollo Pharmacy. The medicines have been delivered from Shop No 145, Sector 15, Faridabad. The name of patient and Prescribing Dr is incorrect on the invoice. I called the shop at ( [protected]) but they did not accept the complaint. You are requested to please get me new invoice by correcting the name and Dr's Name on the invoice as mentioned on the prescription which is already uploaded on your website.
