Apollo Pharmacy — Wrong Product Delivered - Not Responding to ticket

Hi,

I ordered Axe Oil 56 ml vide order no :[protected] on 20/05/2021 and paid Rs 589 but received other items of some other person

Wrong item was delivered on 29/05/2021.along with wrong bill in the name of some other person with 3 medicines.

After return no response from Apollo Pharmacy customer support.

When ever contacted Apollo Pharmacy customer support they will raise a new ticket number & don't respond.

1 month have passed after the Order. They have not send me the correct product or refunded me.

First Ticket [##833095##] Apollo 24|7 : I have issues in order delivered.

They are not responding and not trying to resolve this.
