Apollo Pharmacy — Wrong product size delivered and no update on return or exchange

Hi Team- I have ordered, new born diapers but a wrong size - Small was delivered to me. There seems to be no option to return/exchange as per the policy. I have escalated via email as well, but there seems to be no response for more than 4 days.
