[Resolved] Apollo Tyre — bulge in brand new tyre and warranty claim rejected

Hi,

I have bought baleno Zeta on March 18, 2018 from Pratham Motors Bangalore. I got analog 4G tyres for my car.Recently I noticed that, rear Tyre got bulge and approached Apollo tyre through my dealer Pratham motor. My warranty claim got rejected and saying its not manufacturing defect. There is no possibility for replacement.
I really dont understand the reason why it wont come under warranty. I have checked with another manufacturer and they agreed its manufacturing defect and you get Tyre replacement.I have driven just 4000 KM now and got a problem like this.I am also having another problem with front tyre. The car went on Pothole at speed of 40-50KM/hr & tyre got cut. This tyre warranty also rejected with same reason. Apollo is aware of Indian road conditions and the Apollo tyres not even able to sustain for 40-50KM/per hour on small pothole. It was very disappointing for me that such a branded company tyre got bulge within 3 months and very less running also it gives a very negative impact. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to replace the tyres.

Hi Santosh.. i got the same problem with my skoda rapid at 1700KM. By default vehicle came from dealer.
No guarantee/warranty/replacement. I won't suggest to go for apollo.

Seeing the reviews from many customers it seems that apollo don't maintain quality testing for Indian roads. I am also facing same problem for Apollo tyres came with hyundai car.

I bought car on dec 2022, maruti baleno and since then my car just covered only 700 km and without any single puncture. I noticed a buldge first in my front tyre and got it replaced because there was a cut in it but after that I noticed buldge in others too with no impact noticed.
They have rejected my complaint and I have read 2 years warranty on apollo tyres website.
If you are providing no service then why you say un-conditional warranty and where is the warranty? Please stay away with applo 4g tyre.
