Apollo Tyres — Apollo tyre of Maruti Baleno Car burst issue.

I brought new Baleno car on 09.05.2018 with Apollo tyres. on 02, 10, 2021 i took my car from outstation (margao to cancona). after travelling for almost 30 minutes, the front left side tyre was burst in middle of highway.As the tyre was tubeless, so ut doesn't loose its air so quickly and this tyre burst from the side corner.

According to Apollo tyre warranty, it gives 5 year warranty for manufacturing warranty.

i registered my complaint with Apollo tyres in Goa and their service person Mr.Salunke visited for tyre check, he told me that this thing is not covered under manufacturing defect.

Its clearly a manufacturing defect as tyre is in very good condition and not much driven approx 15000kms.

This can be seen from tyre picture that the tyre burst from corner area and its clearly a manufacturing defect.

So, action must be taken against Apollo tyre for giving such a poor quality tyre and risking the life of whole family of customer and at the end, they are not ready to listen and making customers fool.
