I m lodge a complaint regarding my car tyre appollo finac 4G 195/55/R/16 tyre no 05/19 blast at the time drive as on 01/12/2020. My car reading was 16200 at the time of incident.I m shocked when I received message from you for deposit Rs. 3371/- against claim.When I enquire it I know my claim passed only 50% because tyre is depriciate more than 25%.I think tyre depriciated only 20%.Today, I get replaced my tyre from you dealer after pay 3500/-.I requested to you enquire the matter and resolve my complaint ASAP.

I am writing this regarding a tyre issue which i bought 3 months back from chengannur showroom. The rear tyre's air keep reduced several times.i thought it is normal and i refilled the air and keep traveling.but recently 2 weeks before i again found rear tyre air reduced.so i checked with a shop to rectify if there is a puncture or not.they found air bubble coming from rim side and they dismantled the tyre from rim.there we found a small portion is got cut.I went to the chengannur showroom and informed.they sent the tyre to apollo main office.Finaly i got the message saying that
"COMPLAINT SMS
Dear Customer, Your tyre received vide Recpt no [protected] has been examined & has no workmanship or material related issue - Apollo Tyres"

Nobody is taking any responsibility against this.
What shall i do now?i am running in my stepini tyre.i any tyre get puncture or other issue then i will be stuck in road.please help. this is a request or i shall move to other legal formalities.
Kindly do the needful.

Apolo tyre quality is very very bad, i have purchase new vehicle with Apolo tyre but, one day suddenly puncher and after some days tyre have bubbling problems, but Apolo agency not accepting complain, i am very disappointed from Apolo tyre service

1. My car, VW GT TSI, one year old, registration number UK07DP8884, had front left, company fitted stocked Apollo tyre bursted on 9Dec2020 near Meerut Delhi express way while negotiing a small potholes on main highway itself.
2. The tyre sidewall near Rim immediately ruptured and went flat is a second.the car wavered to left, fortunately no one was hurt n damage to other parts and passerby. It could have been fatal also had there been a vehicle on my left. I had to put a tube and commenced my journey.
3.Car Tyre is now in Co service center at DPM VW Dehradun. They have informed me that Apollo has rejected my request.
How on earth one can change tyre on main Delh Meerut express way. Its rediculos. It shows co is providing poor quality of Tyre to car co.
Iam sure company will replace the tyre and examine as to how the poor quality standards/assurance was accepted

My name DB Bhat mob no [protected]/[protected] from Kolhapur(MH) I have given (within warranty period) faulty car tyre for replacement on 21/10/2020 to M/S Omkar Tyre, Sambhaji Nagar Kolhapur (MH) recipt no 145/70 R 13, vide complaint no [protected]. I received sms from Apollo company complaint accepted pay Rs 511/- & collect tyre & tube from M/S Omkar tyre services Kolhapur on 29/10/2020 offer valid for 15 days . I approached M/S Omkar tyre he denied & avoiding to handover tyre & tube. Many time l approached dealer but always he give reply of shortage of tyre from company, its almost one & half month passed. Pl give explanation for late receipt of tyre its delay from company side of dealer.

I bought a Vitara Brezza ZXI+ with Apollo tyres just 3 months ago means on 22-Aug-2020 from Wonders Car, Pune. I drove my car just 3000 KM. While coming back from Nagpur to Pune I noticed there was a bubble/ bulge on rear tyre. It could lead to accident. As per process first I reported issue to Maruti service station. Maruti sent tyre to Apollo inspection center. Next day I came to know that my replacement request is rejected. Inspection report had very generic/ wage reasons. Looks like warranty is just fake word.

Expecting positive response from Apollo.

I have purchased two tyres from Apollo dealer in Delhi and after few months within warranty period one tyre developed a crack near front thread in middle of tyre when I reached the dealer he asked me to deposit in advance Rs. 1000 and asked me that he is raising complaint with someone else's complain and mine in one docket and when I received approval sms from Apollo then they asked me that my amount is Rs. 660 now dealer saying it's Rs.1114 is my amount, I want to clarify matter directly with Apollo kindly help me resolve my issue.

I have submitted my tyre in 2nd of November 2020 in ajit tyre etawah up for claim settlement. He send it next day for Agra office of appollo. Then they have taken no response in it after 4 days I called the engineer he said sir I have no complaint regarding this. Finally any how 10 Nov. My Tyre was rejected and said the same day I sent your tyre to the dealer. Then I came back my duty after 2 days.. then 12 of November I go to the dealership he said no tyre has not reached yet. Then I called back engineering he said sir next it will surely reached to you...then today is 15 of November and yet not received my tyre...what rubbish your service Apollo same on you...

I bought a new maruti Vitara Brezza car in July 2019 and it came with set of apollo alnac 4g tyres fitted in it. In September 2020 when it qas Just 13000 kms driven one of the tyre got burst while running may be due to small damage from external source ; here i am shocked to see that this suv is fitted with apollo tyres and they are not reliable at all, no puncture nothing got happened and tyre got burst. Please take strict action for this and give me a replacement of this tyre, it might have harmed the passenger also but my speed was very slow. Please take my concern to the earliest.
Note : As per warranty policy alnac 4g tyres comes with unconditional 2 years warranty, screen shot of policy attached

I purchased my Baleno Diesel car on[protected]. The daily routine road is very wide and clean. I was driving and suddenly near a speed breaker the front driver side Apollo tyre blasted not from the bottom surface but from side. During visit to your apollo agency in 'Sundar Nagar, Hisar', A inspection person in hurry inspected my tyre in 10 seconds and said your claim is rejected. I was trying to explain, but he said i had not time. He even shouted on me. I feel humiliated in front of crowd.
Sir, I heard much about Apollo tyre since my childhood. but now dont want to visit your Apollo agency again. Why you dont select the person who do their duty honestly and Sincerety. A single soft word with the customers matters a lot.

Hello sir/mdm.i am having ciaz car.2 Tyres of my car are bulging out.please replace the tyres as its highly risky to travel with these tyres.
Plz take action as soon as possible becAuse its highky riskh to travel with these tyres.Warranty period is active..

I submitted my tyre for warranty claim on Saturday...service engineer said u will get on Monday again I went on Monday ..service engineer said on Tuesday...I asked him kindly check ur stock...he said tyre is available ..And then on Tuesday.. 1 hr before he said u can collect ur tyre after 1 hr he said tyre is not available in stock...this kind of pathetic service provided by Apollo tyres...

Brand new appolo tyre is cut from the side hardly tyre ran for 500 km. Appolo has promised on site they are 2 years warranty on cut unintentional, unrepairable cut. Ticket number tc[protected]. Engineer says pin 125001 no such warranty only manufacturing. Don't purchase apollo go for mrf or bridgestone. I purchase ciza and they ruined my trip. Tyre can't even run on highway where we are paying tolls as well. What a shame apolo.

Provided pathetic service and not accepting their tyres fault. Rejected by them but when we showed this local mechanic said this is tyre manufacturering issue so really disappointed 😕

I have purchased a new hundai venue petrol on 03 08 20 from Rajkot Gujarat.
On 17 09 20 we are on family trip during that time suddenly tyre car blasted.

ODDOMETER 2200 KM.

LUCKILY our speed is about fourty and we have not a single scratch.

My baleno car ran around 20, 000 kms and now i have bubbles in my 3 tyres. When i took the car to maruti service station, the officer there took the tyres to appollo dealer jalaram tyres who had denied the warranty saying that it is not covered. I am surprised seeing the number of complaints received about the same issue from so many people. Product serialnumber of tyre is 3818. It is nothing but a defect in product which ultimately leads to play with the life of customers.

Dear Sir,
By the following letter of complaint, I would like to express my un-satisfaction with the product I have received. I have purchased Amazer 3G Maxx Apollo tyre, Size 165/65/R14, 3 in number on 31/08/2020 from Tyre Centre, khair nagar Meerut which came with 3 yrs warranty. After few days o[censored]se the air started leaking from from front left tyre. I had to refill the air every time I drove the car. I even got it checked by the mechanic and he said that there was no problem with the rim of the tyre. The tyre had some manufacturing defect.
Once while driving the tyre got flat out of the sudden may be due to lack of air and which also resulted in some damage to the tyre. Even it got bent somehow.
I called the customer care of Apollo but there was no support from them. They clearly refused and said that this damage is not covered under the warranty.
Kindly look into the matter.
I would appreciate it if you could organise to either repair the tyre or provide the new one by next week. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 30.09.2020, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the due process of courts.

Today while driving towards home around 8 pm on 01.09.2020. My car tyre right back side got burst automatically and by god grace i was anyhow could manage to stop my car otherwise an accident would have taken place. I have written to company and even to nexa but no one is helping me in replacement of tyre as its less than 2 years from purchase. Plz help me in this regard to resolve the issue.

Tractor rear Tyre cracked please solve the problem as soon as possible.
