My apollo car tyre (Right side-back wheel) torn badly on sides, which is only 17000 km old. I brought car on 2017, even though usage is less and its highly disappointed that apollo tyre quality.

I hope there is extended warranty for 5 years the same given by martui, please check and launch my complaint.

Dear sir, i purchased maruti virata breda from indore dealer ocean motors on 14 th oct 2018
It has covered only 9000 kms till date.
It's lg front tyre got flat yesterday due to deep cut.
It shows very poor quality of tyre. As
I was parking the the car during this incidence so the speed of car was almost negligible.
Being such a reputed and branded company famous for it quality products and service. This should not have happened.
So i request you to pl. Replace my tyre. As a goodwill gesture also for maintain the high standard of quality.
Pl. Look into.

I bought car on may 2018, and since then my car just covered only 10, 000 km and without any single puncture. But i found tyre side upper layer is moving by its own due to worst quality. And i given tyre to volkswagen b. U. Bhandari pune showroom. Now surveyor guy didn't update me never and when i call him he talks in a way that why i called him.
If you are providing no service then why you say un-conditional warranty and where is the warranty? Please stay away with applo 4g tyre.

Hence tyre was diffected which is under garranty period but the company massage to me next day tyre has no workmanship or material related issure which is wrong because tyre deffected so please replace my tyre

Tractor model is powertrac (Escorts co. Ltd.) euro-50, but kuchh hi dino me tyre me cut mark dikhne lage or tyre mano ghis gye ho pure ese dikh rhe hai. Mene customer care no. Par bhi call kiya but koi response nahi mila. Mene co. Ke executive se bhi contact karne ki kosis ki but koi bolta hai ki mene yah co. Chhod di hai.
Or ab mere pass koi option nahi hone ke karan mujhe yah complaint krni pad rahi hai. So please help me. And tack the necessary action as soon as possible.

I have purchased 2 apollo 4G tyres on dated 8th july 2019 which is one of the latest n upgraded apollo tyre but i shocked after 2 months later i hv seen deep horizontal cracks which is not good according to me for like apollo company ...

Company gave Warranty of 1 lacs km of tyre but dealer said for ur tyare replace claim it is required to tyre blast or cracks cut down till tube means full thickness of tyre . That means i have wait till any accident ?

My brother have purchase baleno car from kozhikode nexa showroom, and it is using by me

My front tyre blast suddenly.. When checked i found a cut on the tyre.

I can see similar complains from baleno customers on the net.

I have already lodged a complaint with you, complaint numbers are cejkuh40, ceaiza43, but it is not resolved as yet.

Please help me get an early resolution...

One of the bloody hell manufacturer named as apollo tyre. Apollo a stupid brand shoes tyre quality is zero with zero customer service support the staff of apollo service centre is also rude. Apollo one of the worst quality tyre manufacturer whoes tyre is fitted in my new xuv and in 12000 kms run only three tyre got punctured on highway i had repaired those puncture on next day i had complained the same in apollo and mahindra mahindra was conducting inspection from apollo and stupid apollo tyres write in his inspection report that ki tyre was not punctured they got pin holes and deflation demage koi in apollo se poocho bhai tyre chalti car mei puncture hua thik ton karwayege itne ghatiya rubber hai tumhare tyres ka teen tyre kharab ho gaye u stupid apollo tyres.
Please be aware from apollo tyres not to buy apollo tyres in any cost it's of worst quality and bad for indian roads.

I have purchase baleno alpha car from moti nagar nexa showroom in december last year.

My rear tyre (Right) blast suddenly.. When checked i found a cut on the inner edge of the tyre.

I can see similar complains from baleno customers on the net.

My run per day is just 15 kms.. Total run in 8 months is just 3000 kms.

I have already lodged a complaint with nexa service centre... But it is not resolved as yet.

Please help me get an early resolution.

I purchased Scorpio in Dec 2018 and in Aug '19 ( seven months) one of tyre got cracked due to manufacture defect in apollo tyre. I(Customer ID:EHROW79) complaint (CEHKNU96) on date[protected] to nearby dealer but he denied to replace . he told it is not manufacture defect we can not do anything.

As a customer it is very disappointing such behaviour from authorized dealer of Apollo tyre.

Apollo alnac 4g tyres are a totally useless product to my car, even company do false promises like to change tyre in any case of tyre damage. I have 5 tyres for my vehicle, few days back while driving one tyre got burst on the road due to which i met with an accident and my family members got injured. I put inequiry for replacement of tyre and claim for tyre replacement but all in vain as they did not agree to replace the tyre. As compensation they just agree to give 30% of mrp whereas its market price is lesser than the calculated price of company including offered discount. When i asked the reason they say that the tyres can not bear the alloy wheels weigth so its not company fault and it happens with a lot of cars which has allow wheels fitting.

I guess, the tyres and company's service is useless if the company is not entertaining burst tyre cases and keeping its words. Tyre got burst only due to poor manufacuring and there is not any fault of driver

My recently bought 8 month old maruthi swift which was fitted with apollo tyres, had 3 tyres punctured one after the other because of side wall crack.
No external injury whatsoever clearly a manufacturing fault but, the tyres were not replaced even though under warranty.

We tried talking to the apollo guys here with no use. Only they gave the tyres at a little lower cost. But i want to raise this issue, as the vehicle has hardly run 6000kms and its silly to say it's worn out.

I bought 4 apollo amazer 4g life tyres on jan. 2016 for my etios car. 1 month back i found crakes on 4 tyres. After that i contact your service person mr. Chitranjan (Employee code - 215123) and registered the complain. First, he told me please go to our authorized business partner m/s. Vijap, there person check all tyres take some photos and upload your on line system after that mr. Chitranjan called me and said that your tyres are ok. And some arguments was there between me and him. Finally he ready to personally check these tyres. He checked and said that minor stone trapping issues and no manufacturing defect. I am not in mood to arguments because apollo service person understand that customer is fool. I am not satisfy with his report and answer. According to apollo tyre warranty, it gives 5 year warranty against manufacturing warranty. Then why apollo marketing for 5 years with 100000 km warrenty?

I registered my complaint with apollo tyres and their service person visited for tyre check. But it was just a customary visit / formality as he told me this thing is not covered under manufacturing defect.

It's clearly a manufacturing defect as tyres is in very good condition and not much driven (Approx between 35, 000 to 40, 000) and its life is almost 100000 km - according to apollo marketing/policy. I have attached the report given by same person where he has mentioned the problem reasons and none of them is valid in my case:

This can be seen from tyres pictures uploaded in report that the clearly show crackes on tyres. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Risking the life of whole family of customer and at the end, they are not ready to listen and making customers fool.

Awaiting the same with your action against this.

I bought 2 apollo amazer 4g life tyres on 9/11/2016 for my santro car. On 21/07/2019, i took my car outstation and got its air pressure checked from digital air pressure machine on petrol pump. After travelling for almost 2 hours, the front right side apollo tyre burst in middle of highway. As the tyre was tubeless, so it doesnt loose its air so quickly and this tyre burst from the center point of rim and tyre top. According to apollo tyre warranty, it gives 5 year warranty for manufacturing warranty.

I registered my complaint with apollo tyres and their service person "deepak kushwaha ([protected])" visited for tyre check. But it was just a customary visit / formality as he told me this thing is not covered under manufacturing defect.

It's clearly a manufacturing defect as tyre is in very good condition and not much driven (Approx 20, 000 and its life is almost[protected]km). I have attached the report given by same person "deepak kushwaha" where he has mentioned the problem reasons and none of them is valid in my case:

1.) prolonged use in under inflated condition = i got its air pressure checked before starting for trip.
2.) excessive load rim/ valve stem leakage = rim is perfectly fine and no valve leakage is there as of now also.
3.) running after gradual air loss due to puncture / improper repair = there is no puncture in tyre and tyre is untouched as of now from date of purchase.

This can be seen from tyres pictures uploaded in report that the tyre burst from center area and its clearly a manufacturing defect. So, action must be taken against "apollo tyres" for giving such a poor quality of tyres and risking the life of whole family of customer and at the end, they are not ready to listen and making customers fool.

I brought a new baleno zeta automatic from wonder cars pimple saudagar, pune on 13th may 2018 and now after driving it for just more than a year the front passenger side tyre apollo 195/55 r16 had a sidewall tear.
I went to buy some groceries and when i went to parking after the shopping to come back i notices a flat tyre for which i replaced it with spare donut tyre. When i went to puncture shop, we got to know that it was a side wall tear and it's useless in long run and have to change it due to safety measures.

When i contacted the wonder cars service they told that it was due to an impact with curb or pothole and will not be covered under warranty and rejected the request to replace the tyre. I was surprised to hear as i did not hit the curb or pothole, there is no damaged to wheels or tyre other than the tear which shows that it did not hit any curb or divider.
Anyway i am more surprised because apollo being such a big mnc does not care about the customer's satisfaction and delivering such a poor quality product and later on blame it on external factors and deny warranty. This shows how cheap the company is and it's tyres, the company's reasoning that a new tyre got sidewall tear due a pothole shows it's products poor quality. Very disappointed with the service and poor quality of the apollo tyres.

I have purchased Apollo tyres 4G dated 3/5/2017 4 nos. From wheel mart Gurgaon. I found cracked in tyres so I have registered complaint today on customer care from wheel mart showroom.I awaited approx.2 hrs.but no massage recd. from Apollo tyres.I have call to customer care 3 times but no massage recd.& Without massage they don't touch the car.
