My Tata Punch car was purchased in 04/04/2022 which was fitted with 4no. 195/60 R16 89H ALNAC 4GApollo Tyres. Since we have 5 years of warranty with tyres and it was just complete 1.1 years and my front let side tyres got damaged (which may lead to danger). We have raised the complaint docket and send back the tyre to the company.

We are looking for the better support and replacement of the tyre since it has not completed 1.5 years o[censored]sage.

Cut in tyre

I have purchase tyre in Oct 2021 from Amazon website and it is showing 5 year warranty in the product. Now today I have check that there is issue in tyre and found several holes due to internal wire damage which is company fault. Kindly request you to please check into the matter and do the needful.

My bike appolo tyre right side damaged still will warranty. Store person will not change the tyre

I buy tata punch in 25feb 2022 and drive 10670 km after my tyre get side wall cut while driving company say the tyre not come under policy but company give unconditionally warrenty but they reject it

Apollo is a good tyre company and always assured about its quality and we always believed in the quality offered by the company to its tyres but we unfortunately we purchased tyres from Rajesh Tyres dealer of apollo dated 6/3/2023 whose Invoice no. is 18487 from the dealer of Pali Rajasthan and the dealer offered us the guaranty on the tyres purchased from the dealer but in within 15 days from the purchase we got cut on a tyre and when we complaint about the problem to the dealer he refused to replace the tyre and told us that Apollo doesn't offer any guaranty to the tyre purchased and badly abused my staff and said very offensive language to him.
Let us know that Apollo offers any guarantee to its tyres or not and if any guaranty is offered by you please take certain actions regarding my purchase and dealer so that in the future he doesn't repeat this behaviour with another customers.
Please reply to this complaint as soon as possible and make sure to replace the tyre.

a crack is erupt in my car tyre 195/60 r16 & the information shared with the apollo tyre representative of jammu u.t.of jammu & kashmir 180011.but he pay no attension towards my request moreover he asking me to visit my office for the settlement. in the mean time he send a degital repot that this can not replace with out any reason kindly look inti the matter &ask your official to visit my car site & do the rightfull desicion, so that name &fame of apollo tyre will not destroy.

When I was traveling from surathkal to karkala on a national highway suddenly I felt there was left side pulling When I checked in left side there was air was pumped out..completely and vehicle has only run 200km...so I need a tire replacement...

I bought Tata Tiago car new in December, till now I have been able to drive it for Approx 3800 kms. On Saturday 4th February Merit car tire burst suddenly and now I went to service center to get tire checked, they refused to change it. refused...

Hi team,

I would like to inform you that my 3 months old Hyundai alcazar signature AT, 18 inch front tyre got a side wall cut. Please see the attached video.
When i requested for warranty through hyundai service, apollo team has rejected it saying that cut is due to sharp object on the road. Could you please check the video and let me know what kind of object can make that cut without scratching the rims or any other tyre side or any other body parts. Yes, apollo team suggested a buy back offer, saying 25% can be given for the used tyre(just 2299 km). Are you saying this tyre is not meant for indian roads? Or the build quality is so cheap? Apollo team gave me the report with the same details, and from the video they can easily understand this is a quality issue

We have purchased 8 no. Tyres from Tyre Bazar, Wadi, Nagpur.Costing of which is about 2.5 Lacs. Out of Which one tyre having no. 13-24, is damaged from centre within a week. Now, when we have claimed this tyre under Warranty dealer is denying the same after his discussion with Apollo Tyre.

My car tyre cut of center plz chek and provide the best result.

Myself Amar Sharma . I had purchased by New Tyre in 27 November 2022 only 1 month used then Apollo tyres (195/55 R16).My rear tyre suddenly got cut/burst on the plain road. I controlled my car. I got tyre replaced in Apollo authorised center. Request you to look into this matter and reimburse the money of replaced tyre.

I had purchased by Baleno in 2019 with company fitted Apollo tyres (195/55 R16). Rear tyre got cut and burst on the plain road. I somehow handled the car else I had met with accident. My running is also very less about 10k kms.I got tyre replaced from authorised Apollo center.
Request you to look into this matter. I have the replaced tyre bill and image of burst tyre. Kindly reimburse the money for the replaced tyre.

I had purchased by Baleno in 2016 with company fitted Apollo tyres (195/55 R16) . Based on the good performance of apollo tyres. After 6 yrs i had purchased 4 Tyres from M/s S S Dua & Sons (Moti Nagar, Delhi) on 16 Oct 2022, Out of all, one tyre got cracked today on 17th Dec'22 within 2 months and total driven approx 200 km . Tyre got cracked after getting it inspected the distributor S S dua said that they cant give guarantee and other dealer is saying that give us 50% money we will claim and purchase the new tyre form us. Very unethical behaviour. Request you to pls support for replacement of the tyre which got cracked . i am attaching the photo of tyre.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We had purchase TATA truck, Model Number MAV48 (Signa4825) Chasis Number: MAT808013N1F17357, on 31st Julu 2022. All tyres were Apollo. We satred using vehicle commercially since 23rd Aug 2022. Vehicle Running is 18867 KM only.
Tyre failed on 2nd, 3rd and 5th Dec 2022 and one more tyre was air blast on 9th Dec. we observed same pattern in all tres air blasted. We have submitted 3 tyres ( C[protected], C[protected], C[protected]) with apollo with warrenty letter from TATA dealer. Apollo tyres have rejected our request of replacement of tyres saying there was no issue related to workmanship and Material of the tyre. They have claimed that tyres were air blast due to Casing Unwrap which is completely unreal. Now we have relaced tyrs with MRF brand on our cost. Yesterday one more apllo tyre got air blast and we under process of sumitting it to TATA and apollo.
We are not satisfied with the reply shared by Apollo tyres on the issue and need yuor help to get these all 4 tyres replaced.

Engineer Reject this tyre..and not replace my Tyre

Hello sir/madam we are from anand city. We have purchased Apollo tyre before 1 year . It got air . Dealer said we can not replace tyre, even didn't talk properly . Pls do needful.
