I had bought four Apollo Adpeterra HP tyres for my Nissan Terrano on 24 March 2022 from Soshil Motors Dehradun with proper billing. All four tyres have developed bulges. The tyres comes with five years warranty. But in little more than a year all tyres have been found defective. On approaching Soshil Motors, he altogether declined to honour his promise of five years warranty. On approaching Apollo customer care, they have provided me names of two authorised dealer Malik Tyres and Manik Tyres. On contacting them, I was told that in front Tyres the threading is almost vanished therefore these can't be replaced which was shocking to me. Balance two tyres which seems to be in good condition but having bulge (one of them was used just two months back as same was kept as spare) would be replaced on pro rata basis. But both the dealers have shown there inability to replace due to non availability of these tyres for the last three weeks and uncertain about there availability in future. On approaching third Apollo dealer SJ Tyres, I was told that all four tyres need to be removed and forward to company for inspection which may may take upto one week or so which is not feasible for me. The Apollo boast of smooth customer support but however on ground it was a very painful experience for me in Dehradun. I recommend all the customers to check the credentials and support base n other such relevant details before going for Apollo tyres otherwise after spending Rs 30k still I am wandering.. Not done...will never ever recommend anyone to buy Apollo tyres. Thank you

Id purchased the tyre of my dumper from the shop located in betul mp which is vishal interprises they aren't ready to exchange the product and even not listening the things of customer id purchased the tyre in the morning of 22/07/2022..please try to sort out this matter

I have purchased a tata youhda camper in the month of April 2022 but the tyres where of your company these tyres got with in two months I request you kindly replace the tyres or I will approach to consumer court

I purchased Maruti Baleno Zeta on 09 Sep 2021 from NEXA (Perfect Auto, Rajkot, Gondal Road and completed 5999 km in 10 months. On 13 July I along with my family are traveling to Bhavnagar. On road driver side rear tire sidewall cut suddenly. I pushed break and stopped my car. So by luck no damage and injury.

Tyre is totally new condition. Also my car is well maintained it run only 6000 km in only 9-10 month from purchase date.

I request the Apollo company to do the need full and replace...

I have bought Apollo tyre on October 2021 and last month June 2022 the tyre cracked from side.
I had requested for exchange but your company refused by saying that side cut is not covered in guarantee but at the time of purchase they had conveyed of total warranty.
How could one believe on this type of discrimination after purchasing Apollo tyre.
Being a customer apollo tyre life is 10 month for me as it's not been exchanged.
Currently I have three four wheelers as private and 6 comercial vehicle as I am a c&f operator of Mak Lubricant in the state of jharkhand.
And also I am running a petrol pump at bokaro.
In future I was preparing to open a sales and service station of Apollo for which I had contacted with sales officer of dhanbad but after this situation, I swear I myself and my near and dear ones are not going to purchase or not do any buisness with Apollo tyres.

My car maruti suzuki vitara brezza, which has apollo tyres from the company, which is under warranty now, both the driver side tyres are damaged, the front tyre is bloated and the rear tyre is burst. I have to complain for this, Hope my complaint will be resolved soon.

I Jasmeet Singh purchased tyre Ensutrax MD worth Rs 25000 from Ludhiana.
After 3 months tyre got bursted and company gives us warranty from where tyre is bursted.
I send tyre to company but they rejected tyre.

Dear sir,
I purchased Baleno zeta from dhanbad Jharkhand. While travelling locally front driver side tyre started deflating in middle of journey, then I stopped at a puncture shop to check the cause then it was observed that there was bubble in tyre. Because of which it couldn't be rectify. Then for remaining journey I had to replace this defective tyre by Stepney.

After inspection at nexa service centre, I submitted tyre to apollo authorized dealer at Giridih along with service centre's forwarding letter . After few days I got message saying there is no workmanship defect in tyre.

As far as I belive it is 100 % due to manufacturing defect.

While trying to call the person who checked it, he is replying that it happened due to external impact.
I am 100% sure that there have not been any external impact.

Please consider to re check and as I said it is due to manufacturing defect hence change it.

Pls look into the matter. While I was traveling towards Rishikesh on8/6/22, , my creta car tyre had brocken. I think it happened due to high temperature of atmosphere and hot surface of the road. Consider the matter for further improvement of the prodect.

I purchased a Maruthi Baleno 1 year and 7 months ago and have driven it for 16000 kms.

After taking it to last service, it was noticed that there is a bubble in one of the rear tyres.

Immediately, I was advised not to drive the car as the tyre might blast causing life threatening accident and is hazard ti me and other people on the rod and instead send the tyre to Apollo for inspection and warranty claim as the car is very less driven and Apollo gives warranty for 5 years.

On sending the tyre for warranty, Apollo gave me some rubbish reasons and rejected the warranty claim stating that the damage is due to pot hole.

I do not agree with it, tyres are meant to run on roads and on potholes and that should not mean that it gets bubbles just in 16000 km.

It clearly is a case of manufacturing defect and Apollo is denying to take accountability when I submitted the claim where in when they sell, they say it to be unconditional warranty for 5 years.

Very unprofessional attitude with ignorance by Apollo tyres and is something that’s unacceptable.

I will have this dealt legally and would go to any extent if required to because this creates a mental pressure and unnecessary harassment.

Also, its life threatening product for both passenger/consumer or the people around when on road and should be looked immediately.

Unconditional warranty is a fake statement from Apollo and cheating the customers.

I bought 8 Apollo Tyres for my 2 cars, one of the tyre is bursted and it purchased only within a month and again my another tyre also bursted and it is purchased on 2 years(50% wear out) back. Previously I used other company's tyre and I have never had a problem like this before.
So my question is,
ONLY THIS MUCH YOUR TYRE QUALITY?

And we sent it to warranty claim n it’s got rejected . And it’s down’s have any issue. And I used other rye of different companies but as compost to them apollo has worst service. And don’t know how they considered terms for claim.
Plz resolve this issue.

There is a difference in the wearability of the rear tyres of the tractor.

In medicala reimbursement section 600 rupees service charges collected.
Please stop the collection

Sir, I purchased car with apollo tyre it running only 50k buy tubeless tyre got a bobble in one no one responding for call. Please resolve the problem. From date of purchase of vehicle it only 1.5 year

With reference subject, that It is submitted that you are showing that your tyre will not replace even there is no fault from my side. Tyre is in warranty period. Tyre has been crack due to company defect but no replacement is made after so many visit at Wadhwa tyre kurukshetra and Apollo tyre panipat you are compelling to go to consumer court for such type of defect even I have also requested apollo service cente.. You are requested to see the matter personally and replace the tyre so that i cannot suffer so far

We bought an Innova Crysta in July 2020, with 5
Apollo Tyres fitted upon purchase. All the five
tyres were damaged as shown in the below
photos when it was 25000kilometres.
Nippon Toyota has done tyre alignment for every
5000 kilometres and the company has confirmed
there's no issues with the car.
Can you please enquire on this issue, what
happened to all the five tyres in such a short span
of time.

From a few days the ride in my Feb 2020 model Maruti Ciaz had become bumpy, so when I visited a tyre shop near me they diagnosed and showed me bulges in the car tyre. The front two tyres have bulges and the car has run approx 18200 Kms. I have diligently followed wheel alignment, balancing and rotation for the car as prescribed and also maintained proper air pressure of 29 psi as prescribed by the manufacturer. The tyre size is 195/55 R16 and now I’m in a situation where I need to change both the front tyres. I wasn’t expecting such issues from apollo tyres after such a low run when other manufacturer tyres last for 50 to 60k Kms. JK tyres from the manufacturer on my previous car (swift) lasted for 60k Kms. What’s the best way to get this resolved?

I am Karan Verma I have purchased glanza car from Toyota Yamunanagar in which apollo tyres are given I have faced dangerous problem while driving to elucidate, when I am driving my car to saharanpur suddenly the left back tyre of my car was cracked in the way and it starts to run on rim my family was with us that time.so kindly I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible so kindly replace my tyre and senior engineers of apollo are so illiterate they do not have the way talk with coustmer .
