My new Hyundai car run just 8500 kilometer, when I noticed a side bulge in one of my front tyre.Hyundai workshop examined and forwarded the issue to local apollo tyre, which further forwarded the tyre to Jorhat(55km from my place).They examined and on 13th day sent a sms saying no material issues.It took so many days for the dealer to declare the same.

On 18th day post complain, same old defective tyre has been fitted to my car.But now bulge is increasing day by day.I donot know your polices.But I think I should get JUSTICE in this case.

Apollo tyres company is fraud because they provide us fake faith and information about their tyres ranging about 100000 km . I have purchased one car glanza in which
Apollo tyres are installed. Also, the tyres are totally damaged under 20000 km and company is giving guarantee of 100000 km so please kindly solve my problem.
I had also contacted to Mr kashish verma sr technician at Apollo tyres talks in a rude language .

I have purchase a hyundai i10 nios on 03042022 and within a week on 08042022 apollo tyre was burst and luckily i was survived. Quality of tyre was so poor. Only after running 170km tyre was burst. I urge company to replace the tyres of my car

2 days ago, I goto Navandar Agencies to buy Apollo Tyres as below i mention.
1)Apollo Alpha S1 140/60/R17
2)Apollo Alpha H1 110/70/ZR17
The dealer misbehave with me. The dealer is not authorized by Officially with apollo is not mentioned in apollo official website in dealer locator.
Also the dealer having to shops at on one license at different location . Then i was go day after day to buy tyres dealer ask for high price when i was ready to by he refuse to sell tyres to me.

After that, I registered complaint to Apollo customer care

I have a Hyundai Creta 6-month-old with 4500 Km driven, I recently notice buldge in front right tyre, went to Apollo shop to claim warranty, they rejected the complaint saying it's not a manufacturing defect.

I do not agree with it, tyres are meant to run on roads and on potholes and that should not mean that it gets bubbles just in 4500 km.

It clearly is a case of manufacturing defect and Apollo is denying to take accountability when I submitted the claim where in when they sell, they say it to be unconditional warranty for 5 years.

Very unprofessional attitude with ignorance by Apollo tyres and is something that’s unacceptable.

I will have this dealt legally and would go to any extent if required to because this creates a mental pressure and unnecessary harassment.

Also, its life threatening product for both passenger/consumer or the people around when on road and should be looked immediately.

If a SUV tyre can't handle city roads with minimum path hole, what it is expected to do?. I am really disappointed with Apollo's tyre quality. I want a replacement for same.

I bought Baleno on 12 february 2021 and in next 5 months my tyre got burst in middle of the road then i claimed for but your company rejected it and i bought new tyre on 3 September 2021 as goodwill customer, later on 24th february 2022 the new tyre which i bought from apollo got side cut in just next 5 months and again on a plain road, Our whole family was travelling, we just luckily got saved as our tyre got busted and car stopped suddenly and this happend 2nd time that apollo tyre got busted and later when i requested for tyre replacement company rejected it, it is very disappointing service from your side

I purchased an Apollo Tyre in August 2021.

After taking it to last service, it was noticed that there is a bubble in one of the front tyre.

Immediately, I was advised not to drive the car as the tyre might blast causing life threatening accident and is hazard to me and other people on the road and instead send the tyre to Apollo for warranty claim as Apollo gives warranty for 5 years.

On sending the tyre for warranty, Apollo gave me the reason that the tyre bubble does not come under warranty and rejected the warranty claim stating that the damage is due to speedbraker or something.

I do not agree with it, tyres are meant to run on roads and on speedbreakers and that should not mean that it gets bubbles in just 6 months.

It clearly is a case of manufacturing defect and Apollo is denying to take accountability when I submitted the claim where in when they sell, they say it to be warranty for 5 years.

When I submitted the complaint to the dealer, they said that it should go into warranty. I do not chose any tyre for my car. The dealer which is "Goodyear Autocare - Acheet CTS Pvt. Ltd.", "D9, Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II, Mayapuri, Delhi, 110064" chose the tyre for my car. And the company is saying this tyre does not come into warranty claim for this defect.

I was running low on cash, still I replaced the tyre, because the dealer said that the amount will be refunded so you do not need to worry.

Very unprofessional attitude with ignorance by Apollo tyres and is something that’s unacceptable.

I will have this dealt legally and would go to any extent if required to because this creates a mental pressure and unnecessary harassment.

Also, its life threatening product for both passenger/consumer or the people around when on road and should be looked immediately.

My one tyre brust/cut near rim complained to apollo clinic my complain number/ recpt no-[protected] dated on 26/02/2022.They denied to change the type as the court has given the resposible to consider it upto 40000km running.

After few day again I seen my one more tyre have extra raise due to air bubble near rim.This tyre also have running distance is only 6500km. Again I complained which recieved no is [protected] dated on 12/03/2022. This time also the denied to do tne needful.

It is humble request please see in this matter so that I can get justice for the same.

Just after 10000 km drive in 1 year on national highways. My car Toyota glenza all tyres have punctured multiple times. Due to expiration of warranty periods I'm unable to clam the same through my car dealer. Please look into it and suggest me the best way out.

I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Baleno 3 year and 10 months ago and have driven it for 34, 000 kms.

My car bought in the month of Feb 2021 and there is no damage from outside of the tyre and i saw very small bubble and handed over to Maruti service center and they have said Apollo tyres rejected the same and said there is an internal damage. But when i handed over to them there is no internal damage. And as a customer how would i know that there is an internal damage. it is manufacturing defect. if there is any outside damage we will come to know.

I have purchased new car Ford Aspire which is having apollo Tyre from company fitted. The car has completed 10K and is arounf 6 months old. One of the tyre got bubble so I have registered the complaint online. Service engineer was assigned, He called me ask to submit the Tyre with their dealer. I have submitted the Tyre with the dealer as dealer said I will get update after two days.
After around one I got message that

Dear customer, Your tyre received vide recpt no XXXXX has been examined & has no workmanship or material related issue - Apollo Tyres.

After receiving messag I tried calling customer care, they said they do not have any update on this yet ans asked to call the engineer.

I tried calling engineer but he is not receiving the call.

The Tyre is not one year old and has started appearing bubble in it? Why is it so. It is very frustrating and not accepted such reply from a reputed company. I want a solution on it as soon as possible, As I am not able to travel anywhere.

I purchased 4 radial tyres before 1year 3 month for my Ciaz car after using other company tyre for 5 years . I was in search of best quality tyres and trusted your tyre unfortunately with in 15 months 2 tyres got defected . I send my tyre to jaipur office through dealer but i was shocked to know that it was rejected. While driving to home in jaipur city my cars 2 tyres got damage but your quality inspection team is not serious about proper check of damage. I urge to provide me replacement of my tyres as keeping your good faith in customer mind. As per report only 25% tyre is wear, so its understandable that i just use it with utmost care.

One of the new tyres which I got with my Maruti Brezza has developed a bulge outwards. This car has not been driven that much yet.

When we reached out to Apollo dealership, they inspected the tyres and reported that it's not manufacturing defect and rejected claim. This is the instance within 1st year of purchase - all warranties are active.

Given that many folks are seeing same problem with Apollo tyres, it doesn't look like it is not a manufacturing defect.

Can anyone help here in getting this sorted for me?

In my baleno 2018 alpha model my tyre 195 / 55/ R16 is having a bubble and cuts on it and it got burst if i got an accident with that tyre who will be responsible for it kindly proviode cmplete replacement for my tyre as soon

I will purchase tractor tyre from manjunath tyres jath dist Sangli Maharashtra on 31 oct but after 25 day tyre was crack .the air was built up and crack I will complaint to shop but he will not respond .pls resolve issues as early as possible.i will attach photo

I purchased Tyres from wheelcare Tyres Jaipur through Tyremarket.com.but 1 Tyre had a air leakage issue through sides.I tried 3 times in my local tyre shops but I couldn’t solve.finally I given to Calicut based dealer mr Tinu anand.he is treated us very badly.he always saying Apollo can’t provide warranty because I bought it from online but it’s an authorized dealer from Jaipur so why he have any issue to give warranty.he added that Apollo never encourage online purchase .
So why you are publishing tyres in Flipkart and Amazon sites.if it’s he not given warranty am going to file case in consumer court.

मैंने मार्च 2021 में बलेनो कार चंडीगढ़ से खरीदी थी जिसमें अपोलो के टायर लगे थे गुड़गांव से आते वक्त टायर ब्लास्ट हो गया मैंने कंपनी के थ्रू अपोलो टायर में कंप्लेंट की उन्होंने यह कहकर की यह ब्लास्ट ग्राउंटी में नहीं आता कहकर वापस कर दिया जबकि गाड़ी 6500 किलोमीटर चली है कंपनी को ऐसे टायर बनाने नहीं चाहिए या फिर चार-पांच साल की गारंटी नहीं देनी चाहिए इससे लोगों का जान माल का नुकसान हो सकता है यह कंपनी नहीं सोचती ऐसी कंपनियों पर सरकार की ओर से लगाम लगाना चाहिए जो गारंटी इतने सालों की देते हैं और टायर बदलते वक्त उसमें मीनमेट निकालते हैं मैं सभी का ध्यान इस ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं धन्यवाद [protected]
