Sir Im Rajendran i purchased A set of apollo tyre from MA tyre Trichy before 25 days. When i take my vehicle to TVS service center they told that front side right tyre got air issues... So i consulted tyre dealers in my native. They advised me to raise a replacement complaint. Then i contacted the MA tyre where i purchased, they raised a complaint but my complaint got rejected by bala ( complaint analyst)in 2 days. Hes saying that run with the complaint If anything happens we will change it.As our LPG gas vehicle is running in IOCL contract . As the tyre is fault its a serious issue that public live matters and its an offend to run with the central government contract. So i kindly request you to take an action for your customers trust. so please replace the tyre and solve the issue.

I have purchased a new car, I was travelling on Yamuna expressway using this Car. During that journey, I noticed that there was a cut on the front left tyre. This was really scary and insecure . When I raised this complaint to Apollo, they denied to replace the tyre and are not ready to take the responsibility.

Purchased 2 tyres APOLLO 215 /60 R16 ALNAC 4GS for my Brezza on 24-NOV-20 from M/s.Velocity Ludhiana
One of the tyre gets bursted during drive on NH-1 Ludhiana- Doraha highway on 11-JAN-21.
on next day (12-JAN-21) M/S.Velocity accepted the bursted tyre after thorough inspection of tyre and rim, and confirmed its replacement on pro rata basis.
After about 6-7 days M/S.Velocity informed that the claim is approved by Apollo but the fresh tyre is not in stock.
I took regular followup with M/S.Velocity to get my replaced tyre, but all ended up on 5-FEB-21, when M/S. Velocity refused to replace the tyre and handed overclaim refusal letter by Apollo.
Apollo said "the complaint does not relate to manufacturing defect or material related failure"

It is surely a material related failure...microscopic examination will prove it...there is no clue of sharp insertion (as excused by Velocity)...the bursted area is irregular...

I bought Apollo tyres 9 months back, it is swelled. If I return that, they say it wont cover under warrenty.

I purchased Baleno car on 1st Jan'20 and Tyre got damaged in Dec'20 and, raised to complaint to NEXA service center then they contacted Apollo Tyre for this. Apollo Tyre rejected the claim at that time and NEXA took 40% from me and given the new Tyre.

in first week of Jan'21 two Tyre got punctured and unable to repaired. I contacted NEXA and also to Apollo Customer Service care. Out of these two one is OEM fitted and second was replaced one.

Apollo care told that will replace only one Tyre of OEM and NEXA replaced Tyre can't be covered by us.

Please look into this how Tyre can be bad within 15 days and Why initially Apollo refused for replacement.

Need urgent solution on this.

I took a 90/90 12 apollo actizip tyre which get large bubbles in one year to gugani tyres, Bhubaneswar on 6th january 2021. They told me i will get a new tyre within 7 days. But as i did not get any notification about my tyre i just complaint about it in apollo service centre. I had also contacted gugnani tyres before this. So i got call back from apollo service center guy who was saying they have not get any queries regarding my tyre. He just asked details regarding tyre but saying they have not got the tyre. I again confirmed it from gugnani tyre also they are saying they have sent the tyre to company with in 2 day after i submitted.
I just want a tyre back . If my problem won't resolve i will complain your higher authority, your CEO/ MD etc regarding this issue.
Take immediate action on gugnani tyres and the service centre guy.

I purcahsed a ciaz in 2018 and now my front tyre have a small cap like a addition. This is manufacturing mistake but apollo reject my complaint . My old complaint no is [protected]. Please resolve my complaint. This is very wrong.

It was a very bad experience with Apollo Tyres where I am not able claim on Brand New tyre Which is under warranty. I Have Baleno Car which i bought last year and im facing issue in Tyre. and this tyre ran only 16k Km as am Facing Bubbles issue on Tyres. now apollo Company rejected My Claim due to tyre budged reason which is completely not acceptable. as thier executive Mr. katthik not even coming for quality check or understand the issue. and local dealer has done the check finally and as per Apollo Tyre executive instruction he just raised a complaint and rejected.

I puchased a pair of Apollo 4G 175/65/15 tyre for my car on 20.11/2020 . The car is used only for personal purpose . One tyre cut within 15 days of purchase. I contacted the vendor and he replied that tyre didn't have any warranty in this case .

I wonder while purchasing the Tyre, apollo and their authorised vendor told me about uncoditional warranty for 5 years, but when the tyre cut with in 15 days they refused everything. On my request, he sent the tyre to Apollo for replacement but the same was rejected.

I need to know from the company that what kind of material they used that their product didn't last for 15 days.

I am requested once again that, kindly do the needful and replace my Tyre asap.

I m lodge a complaint regarding my car tyre appollo finac 4G 195/55/R/16 tyre no 05/19 blast at the time drive as on 01/12/2020. My car reading was 16200 at the time of incident.I m shocked when I received message from you for deposit Rs. 3371/- against claim.When I enquire it I know my claim passed only 50% because tyre is depriciate more than 25%.I think tyre depriciated only 20%.Today, I get replaced my tyre from you dealer after pay 3500/-.I requested to you enquire the matter and resolve my complaint ASAP.

I am writing this regarding a tyre issue which i bought 3 months back from chengannur showroom. The rear tyre's air keep reduced several times.i thought it is normal and i refilled the air and keep traveling.but recently 2 weeks before i again found rear tyre air reduced.so i checked with a shop to rectify if there is a puncture or not.they found air bubble coming from rim side and they dismantled the tyre from rim.there we found a small portion is got cut.I went to the chengannur showroom and informed.they sent the tyre to apollo main office.Finaly i got the message saying that
"COMPLAINT SMS
Dear Customer, Your tyre received vide Recpt no [protected] has been examined & has no workmanship or material related issue - Apollo Tyres"

Nobody is taking any responsibility against this.
What shall i do now?i am running in my stepini tyre.i any tyre get puncture or other issue then i will be stuck in road.please help. this is a request or i shall move to other legal formalities.
Kindly do the needful.

I have buy Apollo tyre from savarkundla and shop name Bharat traders.

But in my tyre so many times air leakage problem is there but Bharat traders is not giving properly answer and he gave me 3 year warranty also but now he is not giving properly answer

So please give me reply and solve my problem...

Apolo tyre quality is very very bad, i have purchase new vehicle with Apolo tyre but, one day suddenly puncher and after some days tyre have bubbling problems, but Apolo agency not accepting complain, i am very disappointed from Apolo tyre service

1. My car, VW GT TSI, one year old, registration number UK07DP8884, had front left, company fitted stocked Apollo tyre bursted on 9Dec2020 near Meerut Delhi express way while negotiing a small potholes on main highway itself.
2. The tyre sidewall near Rim immediately ruptured and went flat is a second.the car wavered to left, fortunately no one was hurt n damage to other parts and passerby. It could have been fatal also had there been a vehicle on my left. I had to put a tube and commenced my journey.
3.Car Tyre is now in Co service center at DPM VW Dehradun. They have informed me that Apollo has rejected my request.
How on earth one can change tyre on main Delh Meerut express way. Its rediculos. It shows co is providing poor quality of Tyre to car co.
Iam sure company will replace the tyre and examine as to how the poor quality standards/assurance was accepted

My name DB Bhat mob no [protected]/[protected] from Kolhapur(MH) I have given (within warranty period) faulty car tyre for replacement on 21/10/2020 to M/S Omkar Tyre, Sambhaji Nagar Kolhapur (MH) recipt no 145/70 R 13, vide complaint no [protected]. I received sms from Apollo company complaint accepted pay Rs 511/- & collect tyre & tube from M/S Omkar tyre services Kolhapur on 29/10/2020 offer valid for 15 days . I approached M/S Omkar tyre he denied & avoiding to handover tyre & tube. Many time l approached dealer but always he give reply of shortage of tyre from company, its almost one & half month passed. Pl give explanation for late receipt of tyre its delay from company side of dealer.
