[Resolved]  Apollo Tyres — Poor quality of tyre

Dear Sir/madam, I would like to inform you that i have purchased one new polo High line 1.2 Petrol 2014 car (Chassis No. - WVWH14600FT017872) from Vidyut motor, Pune. Within 184 Km my car had breakdown on the road side at 11.00 PM night & i have to struggle with road site assistant for whole night. There was no help from any side ( from Volkswagen & dealer Vidyut motor & your road site assistance). I tried at list 3 hrs. but no body was picking up the phone. After struggling with roadside Assistance i got complain no. & told me that toeing vehicle will reach you shortly within 45 min. But the came around 11 AM in the morning next day. Next morning after reaching Vidyut motor they told me that they will take whole day to identify my car problem. After 10 hrs they told me that your clutch plate is damage. Vidyut motor sales person explaining me the nonsense cause for breakdown of my car. Is it acceptable..!!! for company like Volkswagen? Within 184 Km they have to replaced whole clutch plate. To repair my car they took more than 12 days. It was horrible & worst support from Vidyut motor, Pune & your roadside assistant. But after struggling with this problem i accept that may be it is for this time only. Now after running of 600km of my car i am having Tyre problem. It is supplied by Apollo Tyre. My Tyre got burst from side & now the person from Apollo is saying that i have to pay 50% of the Tyre amount. What the Apollo Service Person is saying that in a goodwill we will give you new Tyre but you have to pay 50% of the Tyre amount. Why...??????? If Apollo Tyre is not good why it was supplied by you with my car???? Do you think It is acceptable??? Apollo person is saying it happens due to impact. If Tyre pressure was OK & i am the only person to drive my car how i can accept such nonsense clause? As per i know that German company is known for its quality. Even since 12 years i am working in a German company. Do u think that i got good quality from Volkswagen India. I request you to kindly replace my car or took some strong action against quality of my car & your after sales & service. Even though i got call from Volkswagen India regarding my car & quality but i am very very sorry to say that after giving details of my problem no one for Volkswagen India has taken my request seriously.Kindly do the needful step.
