Apollo Tyres — tyre got cut on 197 km only in new car

Recently i have bought maruti suzuki new baleno alpha 1.2 car on 10/10/17 while driving on mumbai express way tyre got puncher on 197 km only first i thought its normal punctured but when i take it to fix it has got cut due to manufacture defect and after that i tried to contact apollo they are not responding properly and saying that it wont covered under warranty as its totally manufacturer defect i am complaining please help.
