I, Mrs. Saba Rehman, owner of Maruti Baleno DL3CDE6320, purchased Apollo Alnac 4G 195/55 R16 tyre. Car has run only 14500 KM.
My tyre has developed *sidewall water bubble / bulge* (video proof available). This is a clear manufacturing defect - ply separation, which is a serious safety hazard.
But your technical team inspected it as "Tread Through Cut / Road Hazard" and rejected warranty vide Complaint No. TC[protected] dated 04.03.2024. The 4 photos taken by them do not show the sidewall bulge which is clearly visible in my video.
Odometer: 14500 KM Only
Tread Depth: 5.65mm (75% remaining)
Tyre Serial: 0629
Request you to please:
1. Escalate this case to Senior Technical Head
2. Allow re-inspection with video evidence at my location / dealer New Tyre Plaza India, Delhi
3. Replace tyre under warranty as per safety norms
If not resolved in 3 days, I will have to file complaint in Consumer Forum for defective product and unsafe practice.
