App Daily — Mobile insurance/insurance company is not helping | |||||
Hi team, I was using htc desire 820s, and purchased the mobile insurance from the appdaily insurance company. Someone has stolen my handset on the 8th of march 2016 from malad west, mumbai. I had registered the fir at the nearest police station (Fir number - 122/16, police station - malvani, malad, mumbai), blocked and issued my sim card from the telecom operator and logged the complaint with mobile insurance "appdaily" company. I had called appdaily multiple times, i did not get any proper response from them and they had closed my "ad_at_080316_2994528" ticket without informing it to me. I am following up with them, now they are not giving me response and saying you need to check with the htc company as you had bought the handset from them. Every day they give me a new reason "your htc handset is not activated". If my handset was not activated how i am using and they are saying those statements after the handset has been stolen. I had already replaced the motherboard of my handset and updated the imei number with appdaily. At that time, none of the person from their team has updated me the same thing. Even in the appdaily policy they had not mentioned anywhere, that we need to register the insurance within the mobile data-plan itself. Might be i had registered the appdaily insurance within the wifi and inserted my sim card. I am using htc from last 10 months, even no one has updated me for the same.
