Hello everyone, i got a mail from ab solutions on asking me to come and attend the interview, well did that in Bangalore Skywalk building Assaye Road well day one was just a formal introduction asking you to introduce yourself and asked some questions relating to marketing and management and so on, then they ask us to leave and let us know the result through phone in the evening around 6-8pm, well i got through first round.
second day was doing field work they took me to manipal centre at dickenson road before that some boring lecture regarding the group APPCO and some regarding development in this so called APPCO GROUP, let me make it clear they aren't related to APPCO group but they just keep telling that all these, ab solutions, clear water, floyd inc, nirman are subdivisions of appco group .
then the fun starts the person accompanying us from the company goes to each and every office in manipal centre and Houses asks for DONATIONS in the form of cheque or debit card or credit card claiming to be from PLAN INDIA OR INTERNATIONAL they just fake themselves so much that at one point in time you feel they are really from plan india, but they never tell the candidates like us that it is for donation purpose they tell it is a DEMO of field work, but it is all fake, remember they want us to become beggars in good attire with neat communication skills as well as convincing skills,

4.then last person i met after so called field work cum looting plan SIDDHANT fair stud wears black suit asks how was the day in field as if it was some stadium, then asks some questions and tells let you know by 6-8 pm through phone.
5.then some female called KIARA calls up the same day and asks what do you think? have you gone through ?
i was like i dont know she is like congrats welcome ABSOLUTION
friends i never joined the scam company i just wanted to investigate as i had seen many complaints for this group called appco.graduates dont ever go to APPCO GROUP before going to any firm go through its reviews, history, and address and yeah again funny thing when i was trying to search ab solutions through google it showed address of marathalli ab solutions was amazed.
SO NEVER EVER, EVER NEVER ENTERTAIN AB SOLUTIONS, FLOYD INC, NIRMAN, CLEAR WATER CONSIDERED TO BE A PART OF SO CALLED APPCO GROUP THEY LURE YOU TO CHEAT INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF DIRECT SALES AND MARKETING.

We are wadhwa's management team at site aquaria grande (Residential tower) project at borivali west where ms. Alisha malik on 01.10.2016 (Saturday) met mr. Sandeep chavan (Site manager) stating she knows some client at 16th floor.
She loomed us to meet the client and so we did, but unexpectedly without any approval and our consent she started approaching other clients residing at the tower and demanded for donations.
We came across various complaints from our clients, which is a black mark for us. Due to her behavior our entire management team were humiliated.
These is residential tower were in every activity takes place after approvals, information and records. These is a matter of concern.

Please find the attached files for the proof of copies.

I paid the chq amount rs.2200.00 vide chq#93267, dt:20/06/16 in the favour of "unisyn enterprises". (See the attached pdf copy nd line) nobody came for the installation upto 1st week of july. I call the aparna - [protected], who received the cheque and given the copy of received chq. She replied "i am resigned and contact to customer care". I tried but call is disconnecting so many times, today also same like that.

I sent a mail with all details about this issue on 24th july 2016, after 2 days one lady call to me and said that " we are prepairing a cheque and we will send it to you in the week. I am very happy to hear and forget to ask her name.

But till now i did nt receive any cheque. Please transfer the money or provide the cheque with same account no. Details as follows...

Appco representatives came to our house. They promised many things including 1 month free subscription etc. The Tatasky rep came and hit nails on our precious showcase costing us 10000 and left. Now within 10 days, Tatasky has has us to recharge, they now claim it is only HD pack free. The APPCO rep does not pick up calls

Hi,

I have paid for 2 tata sky dth connections on 27th feb 2016. The sales rep- venkat rao has said that the dth's will be installed in 2days, but the connections are not yet given its almost 20+days now and the person is not answering from the number he shared with me.

Also tatasky customer care also not taking any responsibility nor answering if this is a genuine one or not. May be i will proceed with a police complaint in a day or two. Hope others dont get cheated like me. Although if appco is a genuine organization then they should feel ashamed for their such a poor service.

The appco group representative has collected cheque (Rs2285/-) for new tata sky dth connection. the cheque was collected in favour o[censored]NISYN ENTERPRISES AN AUTHORISED DEALER of tata sky. I am in doubt as customer care of tata sky has not confirmed the booking. the receipt is also ambiguous . can any one clarify whether i am cheated or not? spdas

I worked from morning 7AM till 11PM, after working for 1 month i got sick and I took leave for 20 days. I rejoined the company and i was told i will get my salary soon. But till now the manager( Hanumanth Rao) refuses to talk to me and ignores me. He did not give salary to many like this who joined with me. This company is a fraud and they ruin the life of fresh graduates. How do i proceed on this ?? can someone help me??

Hi ya i too joined as a trainer nd two days I have joined with my trainer they didn't tell properly regarding salary. . And one thing guy's if it is mnc then they should wear I'd cards surely but no one is having single I'd card and they are Trying to cover all the things like that.. and In the reception also there was a girl who is looking gud communications nd well dressed bt she even don't know minimum common sense that she is used to having bubble gum in her mouth. I was working with one of the SBU under APPCO for more than an year, please read my experience with them which i described below 1 . Recruitment : Guys for these SBU 's there will be 4 rounds of interview, 1.written test 2.Orientation about company 3.Field work 4.F2F let me tell you there is no short-listed candidates, whomever walk in they are all selected.They will not consider you by the performance of any of this rounds, if you are listening them and say ok for whatever you say you are selected.(i was also the one who conducted these kind of interviews sometime) . First round they will give you some basic questions and ask you to write it, actually they will not even see what have you written . Second orientation ( it is pure marketing strategy, they will sell their company to you by telling that you can earn 2L/A within 1 year, BDM TL running business all that bull craps and sometimes they talk about their manager earning also by showing some fake cheques hanging in the wall which they kept purposefully for fishing after this field round they will take you somewhere outside depends on the person you are if you can communicate well and good looking they will take you to good hotels like KFC, MC, CoffeeDay and build unnecessary relation and more than that they talk about themselves great like i am earning these much that much and all ( Actually these guys does not even know they are in trap, they are all purely brain washed) . and finally they will send you for the F2F juzz crap interview manager will formally talk to you and make sure that you are in the net . In the evening you will get a call surely from they hr saying that you are selected. 1 st Day in APPCO : Guys when you come you can see the person who took you to the field coming out very happily (Because his brain wash is successful ) and congratulating you. First day they will make sure that you are completely in the net by giving you more and more offers and telling you about others . and then you will b having a session with BDM and they will give you offer letter saying that your pay is 12 to 25 like that. If you ask for appointment letter they will tell you it is after 3 days they will check your performance all that [censored]s...But the fact is you never get it . Upcoming Days . They will take you to field from morning 11 to evening 5 to 6 ( each and every door begging for charity ) . if you are doing for real cost it is appreciable . But what money you are collecting from them 30% also will not go for kids. most of the clients are CRY, STC, Plan India, Hope, Helpage and all (added tata sky, big tv) . As an engineer or MBA why do you need to do this there are many ways to earn money do you really need to do this stupid and not honoured thing . Daily yoyu will go to 50 60 sometimes 100 doors to collect cheq, people will look at you like dogs in the street i am telling you because i was doing this more than an year. Reality comes out . After a week they will disclose that you do not have a fixed salary if you sell you are payed. In that one week they make it sure you are fully brainwashed by telling about 2 L/A BDM and all you will get 200 for CRY (1200 donation from the donor) Helpage 165(1000 donation from the donor) other 210 (1200 donation from the donor) Most of the people working here are earning less than a flat security( like[protected] ? decide is this your value . for 12 to 14 hours work ( They will make you to0 work for 13 hours a day from morning 8 to night 8:30 to 9) for 6 days in a week (no holidays) Situation Of BDM. These guys actual situation is pathatic they are all running for saving their skin hardly 98% of owners in appco are getting less than a lakh in that they pay office rent like 10000 to 15000+ hr payement 8000 to 10000 + electricity 5000 + pune 3000 + noukri and other portal charge for phishing 10000 p/m + check bouncesdeductions 5000 = 48000 - actual earning 80000 = 32000 p/m which you can get even in BPO also ( here life long you need to struggle as a BDM) Guys do not cheat yourself and your parents also if you are in any of these company get out from these right away because Important thing 1.These company experience are not even considered in BPO also because you was working to sell charity in the future if you are going and explaining in front of another HR he will laugh 2. You will get only weekly pay so no salary slip, you cannot get employable in other companies because of it 3. you cannot explain confidently what you are doing to anybody including your friends they will spit on you I experienced everything from APPCO

I have joined in this company as a corporate management trainee and wasted 3 months by begging on the streets for charity.

They are real , the biggest m [censored]er is sambhaji and his sister they are running the [censored]ing company with a name unique. They say often it is an MNC, not even a working place it is

advice to my juniors ...do not ever join in this company u will ruin ur life and respect

Dawn Enterprise, Part of Appco Group is not at all a good company to work with..Below mentioned are the few logical reasons WHY? 1. No fixed Salary- How can you expect someone to work without any fixed income.You get 1 day off in every week in any other company.It means the day when you have off you are not making any money 2. Long Working Hours- You are expected to come to office by 8'o clock in the morning n you have to work till 10 pm, coz logically if you haven't made any sales on any particular day, you haven't made any money also for yourself 3. Liars- They will not tell you directly to tell lies to customers and even your colleagues, but they will train you how trick people to get the money out of their pocket by telling lies 4. Unnecessary commission deduction- We all know salary is not fixed, we get commission, from that commission also they deduct unnecessary charges in the name of Bonds, Securities etc. My experience with this company was very bad.Every second job seeker falls into their trap, and end up wasting their time. Their model of training from Trainee to BDM is absolutely misleading. My assistant owner who was supposed to become owner in max to max 1 year was struggling to get there from last 2 years and still not there n i think he is there in the company from last 3 years, and still there are no chances of him getting promoted to Ownership. The big thing is that my assistant owner is CA by profession still he is wasting his time here. They have brainwashed him in such a way.. There is a lot to write about this company, but I think with this only you got the fair idea, how this company is fooling us, and wasting our time. Thank god I just wasted my 2 months

for me, politicians are better than this company bdm's, hr and so.. so..
they all are well prepared cheaters...
who ever attends interview will be selected, ...
u have to act as a beggar and dat too without any pay...
u have to raise funds in the name of well reputed ngo's..
all the money is swallowed by the so called bdm, oh, vp etc...
and no salary.. wt ever u collect, u ll get some part from it...

i think government of india has to take up actions in closing this organization...

I am facing similar issue as others. On 30th august 2013, representative of Appco group Miss Shivangi Tambe came to my house here in Pune and asked us to upgrade the tata sky. She said the offer is limited and is valid for today only. My dad issued a cheque of Rs.1801/- for upgrading in the name o[censored]nisyn Enterprise. Cheque was debited on 3rd September 2013. There is no communication from there side. I tried to reach Miss Shivangi but she never picks up the phone. Also, tried to reach out at the call center but it is of no use. Either no one picks up the phone or the phone is constantly engage. Please be aware of Appco group. I don't know how to track it here further.

i saw the review in persitant-appco group.....website.....i really shocked about this becoz, i attend the interview and selected in 1st round the very next day was my second nd 3rd round of an interview before that i saw the review of this company, it was a fraud company...............thank god.........i didn't move a head further..............thanks for the information which was gave in that website.................
