I am writing this complaint regarding my iPhone 16 (128GB, Black), which I purchased on 11 May 2025. On 14 April 2026, the phone suddenly stopped working and is not turning on at all.
I submitted the phone to Apple Care, where their engineer checked it and said that the phone is completely damaged internally and needs to be replaced. However, the phone looks completely new from the outside, with no scratches and almost 90% in new condition.
This situation has made me very upset with Apple. I did not damage the phone externally, so I do not understand how it could be broken internally. Because of this, I am losing trust in Apple products.
The service center has refused to repair the phone and is only suggesting replacement. The amount they are asking for replacement is almost equal to buying a new phone.
I am writing this as a reminder that customers spend a lot of money on such expensive phones, but there is no guarantee of how long they will last, and proper service is not always provided. This is very disappointing.
I request you to please find a suitable solution for my phone.
