I would like to draw your attention to the serious issues regarding disrespectful behavior, and lack of professionalism of Apple employees at Angel Teletech Pvt Ltd, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.

This incident happened on 5/1/2023 during my visit along with my wife to the Apple Store in Angel Teletech Pvt Ltd, Sri Ganganagar. Email – [protected]@gmail.com

The gist of the complaint is like this- I purchased a new I -phone 14 plus on 15/12/2022 along with screen protector (GRIP Item 0.3M IPH-14 Max (6.7)CL HSN code 70071900 for Rs 1990

This screen protector was pasted /applied on phone by the employee working in store (as per store employee, may be incorrect). After 7-8 days of pasting screen protector, bubble developed on the left side upper portion of screen making it odd look and vulnerable to damage.

On being shown new i-Phone 14 protective screen bubble popping issue to the Apple Company Store, they refused to comply with our demands, were rude, and ignored the issue and even not paying any request either to change it or approach main headquarter or office for the same.

As a former paramilitary officer, Ex-Commandant, para military, I have never witnessed such reactions that fall outside the standard of professionalism and employee code of conduct as the universal code of conduct describes the right behavior of employees towards customers in the workplace and similarly, it was expected from them to have guidance of main office, once they themselves have no solution.

I am the regular customer of your items and last year only in the month of Jan’22, I have purchased I-pad costing almost around 96, 000/- and earlier i-7 and have intended to purchase further other items but after looking into unprofessional behavior and solution, I am now regretting to have customer of your company.

Question is hardly of Rs 2000/- but the way such professional company have such unprofessional employee, who even does not know pasting of screen protector and how to behave definitely, brings a bad name to the company. Atleast, I have decided not to ever have any items from this store or from your company in future.

I am putting this matter under your perusal, and requested to either change that screen protector free of cost along with expectation of respectful behavior and in case if your high reputed company will not pay any heed to my request then consider this request as legal notice for approaching consumer court at Sri Ganganagar for causing mental and economically harassment.

That this letter intended to service as a formal legal Notice and in that regard I urge you to take our complaint seriously. Non adherence to our grievances will be dealt in consumer

    I tried purchasing an iPad pro 128gb M2. I chose the payment method UPI. My money got deducted but the order was not placed. How long will it take for the money to reflect back on my ACC or when will my order be placed?
    Why does this keep happening? I ordered the iPad in a hurry because I needed it urgently but because of this stupid situation I wasted my money and neither got the product that I needed. I saw a lot of people with the same problem. Why hasn't Apple ( such a big company) still not resolve this bug / glitch from their website? Our time, energy, and purpose to use the product gets wasted. Very bad experience with Apple store online, I'll make sure to inform everyone I know to not buy from Apple online store. I just hope my order gets placed or the money get refunded back and also hope Apple look into this matter of their payment issue as many people are facing it. It's the company's loss if they keep creating this problem with their website. We as consumers will review as what we experienced.

      I bought a new MacBook Pro 14-inch in Aug-2022 from India. It's getting display glitches and distortions when I plug it in right after it shuts down due to less (~1%) power. This issue came with the laptop in the box. I asked about the issue on Apple support's chat and call feature they suggested I try using the device in safe mode, creating a new user, reinstalling the OS, and Run Apple Diagnostics. I tried all of them, but none of them worked.So I went to an Apple Authorised Service centre. First, they didn't accept that that was an issue, they said it was minor and came with every MacBook device, but they took the device and got it to reset; even after resetting the computer, it didn't fix. So we tested it with another same-model device, but there was no issue with the other device they brought from their Store for comparison. After that, they talked with the apple team and said the issue would be fixed by a hard resetting of the Mac, but that also didn't work issue is still reproducible after. After that, they said it was a hardware issue and that they would talk to the apple team again; after some days, they said it would be fixed in the next software update, so I waited until the next macOS update (Venture 13.1) Dec 13 release, that even also didn't fix the issue after updating it to latest version.I first went to the service centre on Dec 6; it's about more than 15 days; they still don't even know what's the issue with the device, and when I call, they say they are talking with the Apple team. I get exhausted by the pathetic service of Apple India's service centres. They don't even try to debug the issue systematically. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE & HIGHLY UN-TECHNICAL STAFF!

          Placed an order from https://theimaginestore.com which is an official Apple Premium Reseller online for iPhone 14 Pro Max - the website shows an Instant HDFC Card discount offer.
          The offer was not given at time of checkout and when i contacted their Customer Support, they said that the offer is no longer there.
          Also they want 2% cancellation charges which is not mentioned anywhere on their policy pages on the website.
          No response from Customer Support anymore and no one is picking up the phone.
          Please help.

              I was facing Case charging issue with my AirPod Pro which has Apple hardware coverage. So I submitted my AirPod Pro full set to iPlanet Service Centere located at Yashoda Raj Enclave, RS Puram, Coimbatore on 26th October 2022. After thorough examination they informed me that case has to be replaced. Hence the device sent to Apple Banglore Service Centre. After 10 days iPlanet service centre called me telling instead of case replacement they changed left and right and sent it back to them. So they are sending it back to Apple Banglore Service centre again. As second time it reached Apple Banglore Service Center, they are saying they found liquid damage so that it would not cover in my hardware coverage. Why did they have not come across liquid damage at 1st time investigation? And why did they replace left and right for case charging issue?. How carelessly they provide service?? From that day till today I am struggling with Apple support team and iPlanet service centre through call. No one are capable enough to resolve this issue. I want my device back with fully serviced. It’s been around a month and still am breaking head to resolve this issue

                I ordered a Black MAGIC Mouse on 17th Nov 2022. During the order the the arrival date was showing 19th Nov, Saturday, 2022. After placing the order and payment it showed the same arrival date, i.e., 19th Nov, Saturday, 2022. Even when I checked the tracking shipment page on 18th Nov, Friday, 2022, it showed the product arrives on 19th Nov, Saturday, 2022.
                On 19th Nov, Saturday, 2022, when it past 3 o'clock, and I didn't get my order, I opened the track shipment page and it showed the order will ship on 21st Nov, Monday, 2022.
                When I called the apple SUPPORT for the first time, the representative, Himanshu told me that there is no delay showing and it should be delivered by 19th Nov. And, he also share the BlueDart's number. Where, the representative told me, BlueDart doesn't work on Sat and Sun and Apple did a false commitment by committing the product arrival on 19th Nov, Saturday, 2022.

                When I called apple SUPPORT for the 2nd time, a representative named Manisha received the call and after seeing the note on my last call, disconnected her call.

                I called apple for the 3rd time, and another representative received the call named Abid (I believe, ad his name was not understandable). He said the same thing and instead of HELPing me he was only saying the backend team will look into this matter after 42 hours, i.e., on 21st. The I asked him t transfer the CALL TO his supervisor, whom I said, Indians know their right and also know where to complaint. If I my issues won't resolve immediately and if I won't get my product as on the promised date, I'll complaint through Consumer FORUM, he said do the ### you wanna do and disconnected the CALL ON my face. And he was a foreign employee. He didn't like an Indian told him about and Indian also know how to sue for false commitment. This is the value of an Indian and our rights.

                  Mac book 14 2021 purchase from abudhabi on 24/6/2022 with 1 year International warranty.
                  On 10/11/2022 found Mac book not starting and taken to MAPLE, an authorised Apple service shop in Mangalore with Laptop barcode and Invoice details.
                  Unforturnately MAPLE Service person checked the barcode and inoformed us that following warranty is lapsed and asked to pay Rupees 3000 as advance which is not returnable.
                  on 12/11/2022 Service person sent message to collect the device after fault recitification and refused to return back Rupees 3000/- even after producing Purchase invoice dated 24/6/2022. and Issued Tax invoice for Rupees 3000 which is illegally collected from us.
                  Enclosing hereiwith all the details for your intervention and arrangement for returning of Rupees 3000.

                    In the month of April 2022 we got our mac repaired Repair id:R[protected]. On may 14 I found the MAC was heating up, battery was draining faster and I could also not migrate from my M1 to intel.the call centre made me reinstall the iOS and lots of other settings. Despite that, the problem was not solved. I had many follow up calls on may 16, 17, 20, 21 and so on. Honestly it was a big waste of time as there were no results. Finally in the month of august the MAC stopped working. I visited the ResQ, Reliance retail limited, Vashi, India. They diagnosed the issue with reference no VS3EIUG0UTRF. To our surprise they have identified the issue in the same parts which were replaced a few months back. My mac is lying with ResQ at reliance, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, for almost 6 weeks now and they are waiting to hear from apple. The parts which were replaced have manufacturing defect or they would not fail so fast. My child Devam is in class 10 and is badly stuck without Mac-book and has exams starting in last week of November. This is the only machine he has. Thanking you in advance.

                        Hi,

                        I've been having trouble listening to the audio on my current Apple device (an I phone 12), and I can only do it if the call is in speaker mode. I bought the gadget on January, 2021.
                        I use Apple devices and have done so since 2015, starting with the I Phone 6, XS, and 12, Air Pods Pro, and Gen 3 Apple Watch series.
                        After displaying a great deal of brand loyalty and costing a premium to buy a pricey phone, it started having hardware problems after 1.5 years o[censored]se.
                        Despite being a brand advocate of Apple products, this makes me feel quite disappointed with the service and quite surprised with the hardware issues in just 1.5 years.

                          FULL DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT

                          I have a New MacBook Pro 14” (Under Limited Warranty) which has developed an internal crack on the display without any damage on external display glass or aluminium case. Apple authorised service centre called it as a physical damage without providing any evidence or justification.

                          There should be a clear policy set up to make demarcation between physical damages and product defects. I genuinely consider this as a product defect rather than a case of accidental damage, as the device was never mishandled in any sort and I am also concerned on my future purchases from Apple, as there is no clear Policy on Physical/Accidental damages vs Product defects.

                          I raised the below case details with Apple support and had it further escalated and received no support from as well.

                          It is not my intention to take any legal action and exercise my right here, but I would be forced to take legal action if Apple do not support me in this case as this is a genuine case of a product defect and I need it to be resolved amicably and is a matter of justice.

                          DETAILS OF THE CASE FOR REFERENCE

                          MY CONCERN:

                          My new MacBook Pro display started developing an internal crack though there is no crack on the external glass or dents on the laptop. The device did not have an accidental fall or neither it was mishandled.

                          After taking it to Apple Authorised Service centre here in India, Bangalore, they have classified it as a Physical damage thereby calling it as accidental damage that cannot be covered under warranty. There is no justification provided as to how one person can break an internal display, without cracking the external glass or causing damage the aluminium casing behind the display or any signs that the Mac underwent a fall showing signs of dents or mark to any part of the device or neither opening the device in any ways

                          I confirm that this is purely a product defect OR the least Apple should have a clear policy on how internal display cracks can be classified as a Physical damage without calling all cracked displays as a fault of customer. (There is clear evidence for watermarks, Case being opened, but not for display cracks)

                          MY EXPECTATION FROM APPLE

                          1. Study if this is genuinely a product defect: I want Apple to research and review to see if there is indeed a Product defect in the manufacturing that is leading MacBook Pro displays to start developing internal cracks, and the causes behind it

                          2. Provide me a valid justification for calling this defect as a physical damage caused by consumer: There is no justification I can think of and I genuinely want Apple to justify or provide me the policy that they followed here on how an internal display can be cracked without breaking the external glass as I believe glass does not bend and hence you cannot press the front display to break it or neither by showing any bend on the external display or to any other part of the device showing signs of a fall or brute force applied. So how can a consumer break an internal glass.

                          3. Provide replacement for my damaged display, in case Apple finds no justification after proper review that this is caused by consumer.
                          Acknowledge that there is a product defect in the new MacBook Pro M1 Pro Line up, in case there is one.

                            Hi,

                            I need to report my unpleasant experience at an Apple Store (Tresor, Outer Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi).

                            I went there to buy a Type-C adapter for my iPhone. I faced some rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff there. Below are the key pointers from my encounter.

                            1. When I asked about the adapter at the reception counter, the person (Ms. Sanya) first charged me the whole amount and then showed me the product. Although I found it strange, I went along as I thought Apple store guys are supposed to be thorough professionals.
                            2. I got the adapter, went to the counter and asked for an invoice.
                            3. Ms. Sanya first asked me to wait for 5 minutes to get an invoice.
                            4. After some time, she came back and told me that I can’t get an invoice. The reason she quoted was not what I hoped to hear at an Apple store.
                            5. She unapologetically denied giving me an invoice just because the accountant had gone for lunch. A very pathetic reason I have ever heard.
                            6. During this whole conversation her tone was rude.
                            7. When I insisted on getting an invoice, instead of arranging for one, the manager (Mr. Pramod) very rudely gave me back money in cash.
                            8. This shows disregard to the value of a customer’s time, right to ask for invoice, and denial of general courtesy that is due to a customer coming to your store or an authorised one.

                            I would request that this message reaches the right management personnel who can ensure that I or any other customer doesn’t face such bitter behaviour next time we visit you.

                              I’ve visited Apple service center after booking an appointment they waited me for more than hour and also they spoke rudely to us

                              My mobile repair also in pending and its been delayed
                              They charge huge amount but the quality and service they provide for product and customer was very low and its been disappointing to me that im using apple product

                                Apple complaint

                                During the month of August, i was facing an issue with airpods 3rd gen that the right bud was not getting charged while it is places in charging case and even the same remains connected to bluetooth device i.e. iphone, even when its placed in case.

                                I approached service centre on 24th of august to get the same issue addressed, the service centre sent the product to apple repair Banglore where they returned the product as it is stating that we couldn’t find any issue and i was out of town my friend collected the same from service centre with right bud battery dead inside the case which was more than 50% charged.
                                On 24th september, i again deposited the airpods with service centre to get them repaired, hoping they have missed the repair earlier, keeping in loop customer care and service centre. They assured me that this time same won’t happend, if same happens then u can take a legal action against them but again same thing happened and product was returned as it is on 10th of October. Again case was charger 80% and right bud having 0% battery even inside the case, which i reported to service centre.
                                Since its an apple product, it is believed to be product of quality and an issue might occur with a product and getting them repaired or replaced is acceptable but getting frustrated by again and again visiting service centre to get my product repaired not once but twice even then not getting the solution is unacceptable.
                                It cost a customer following-
                                - It is mentally exhausting to visit service centres again and again while taking a day off from your job and still not getting solution.
                                - product i.e. the charging case gets so much scratched as service centre handles product without protective case and in such a ruthless way that it has attracted scratches all over its body.

                                Now as i am going for consumer complaint - I want to get my product replaced with a week.

                                  I've been a frequent customer of Apple for the past 10 years. My perception of Apple has been set due to the longevity & quality of its products. But that is not my experience in the recent times.

                                  On January 1st of 2021 I purchased an iPhone 11. Only after 6 months, the battery life started to deteriorate too fast without any particular reasons. After waiting for some more moths I approached Apple Service Center & submitted the product for almost a day for a detailed diagnosis. The battery health was around 92% then; and the service representative ignored the problem stating that according to apple diagnosis the health is fine & the product is running at its best. I waited again to see if some software updates might fix the issue, but unfortunately the battery life is getting worse to a state that the product is rendered useless.

                                  I also have access to some other mobile phones & its battery experiences. It is unacceptable to see that a product that I paid INR 54, 900 who's battery life is similar to none and speakers not woking properly while a phone half the price from a company like Vivo lasts more than that of this phone which is older than 2 years.

                                  When checking the battery health, it stays still at 83% but doesn't even last 2 hours properly. I can't imagine that health going below 50%.

                                  My faith in Apple for your service will depend on the action on this experience as I would like to push for a Replacement of the faulty product that is not worth its price

                                    The product got defective in 37 days and the display is not working.

                                    It costs me 1.84 lakhs and it got defective in just 37 days. They either gave me a defective product or the build quality of the product is not all good. If it ATLEAST six months old, it is okay to get some small respires. But it just 37 days, it got a defective display. That means the product is not all relatable or they have given a me a defective p[roduct.

                                    THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL GET IT SERVICED AND THE ESTIMATED TIME IS 30 DAYS. I DO NOT WANT THE COMPUTER TO BE OPENED AND REPAIRED. ONCE IT IS OPEN FOR REPAIR, I ASSURE YOU THAT THE PRODUCT WILL GET THE SAME ISSUE OR ANOTHER ISSUE MORE OFTEN. THAT IS HOW ALL THESE PRODUCTS WORK. AND THEY ARE DELAYING IT FOR 30 DAYS AND THEY WILL NOT EXTEND MY WARRANTY 30 DAYS.

                                    I AM WORKING ON THIS COMPUTER AND I AM WITHOUT MY WORK TOOL FOR NEXT 30 DAYS. THAT IS A LOSS FOR ME TOO.

                                    I NEED A NEW COMPUTER INSTEAD OF THIS DEFECTIVE ONE. SINCE IT IS ONLY 37 DAYS, AND I JUST PAID THE FIRST EMAI YESTERDAY.

                                    I REQUEST YOU TO GET ME A NEW COMPUTER INSTEAD OF THIS FAULTY COMPUTER.

                                      I bought anodized aluminum GPS series -7 watch on dated:-25-Nov-2021.I used to do indoor cycling wearing it but in the month of August 2022, i realized that my power button is slightly hard as compared to my brother’s series 7 watch.i visited Service Center F1 INFO SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PVT LTD

                                      https://f1infoservices.com/ on 07-Sept-2022 the Service Center told me that your power button got RUSTED so it is not working properly.They sent my watch to Bengaluru Head office in India from where i got information that “pay Rs.33600/- and your watch will be replaced.” But it is in Warranty Period till[protected].I never ever expected this type o[censored]nexpected quality from apple.i never go for swimming but apple shows the ads that person is wearing apple watch during swimming.i think apple makes marketing strategies to sale more and more products through fake advertisements.i am dissappointed a lot by the act of apple product and apple service center and in future i will not recommend anybody to purchase apple product coz apple product are not capable to tolerate BODY SWEAT also and their parts got rusted by body sweat.

                                        I ordered an apple earphone for 2000 rs with guest login. I got an order confirmation as soon as I ordered. After tht I couldn't track my order with the invoice link they sent when I clicked and entered my email ID and order no .it showed no user like this exist. Moreover I got a message ur address in not able to be located. I expected a call from any representative regarding my order nothing came up.so I just tried contacting apple customer service. Wen I contacted a women spoke to me saying as per ur order number an address is there.kindly say tht i[censored] want me to cancel it.i said my address but she said my address given for delivery was different. Hence they can't deliver or cancel my order. I gave her all details of mine still was not convinced. I paid my amt and product is not delivered .isn't my right to get my product or my amount refunded back. It's too hurting to lose my hard earned money.can u pl help me to get my amount back. My order ID w[protected]. I have the recorded call of the customer care executive as the proof and order confirmation screen shots.pl help me
