Apple India — Rude and rash behaviour and no response from apple support and authorised store.

This is to complain regarding my apple11 i phone which i bought it on 14 oct 2021 before two month’s exactly on 10 dec 2021 my speaker phone is not working so i reached to service center and complained regarding this while they took the phone they took very picture of the mobile weather we opened or not they confirm it was not opened and took the phone to resolve after 5 days we got a call sateing that phone was tampered and unauthorised modifications done we are shocked regarding this and we rushed to store but there is no response they are informing to speak to apple but apple informing to talk to service center we are turning all around but there is no resolution has been given.
