My self sanjay g i am a i phone user i had given my phone for damage claim on 22 march 2016 and it was approved buy the call center and i had submitted my original bill and my handset to the service center provided my apps daily in pune f1 solution and services p ltd, they told me that your date of birth is wrong as per my pan card for that service center person told me to given and affidavit on 100 rs stamp paper as it was not my mistake it is system mistake by app-daily why i will give my false dob??? Then also i had done the affidavit and finally submitted on 26 march 2016... All the document and bill is in my name and i have provide for the same now what a bull reason that you dob is not matching even i had given the affidavit


So they have rejected my claim... Because of this reason there is no way??? Direct reject if the insurance dont want to give the claim they have 100 reason... I will go o consumer court for this
